Oh, I would feel it. And I doubted it would only be a day.

Aiden came around the bed and lifted my arms before dropping a giant hoodie over my head. It smelled like him. Warm and cozy. Sweet cherries and dark chocolate. This was going in the nest later, and there was nothing he could do about it.

“I’ll clean the bed and the toys, but I want you in here tonight.”

“No arguments.”

He bent and picked me up, now wearing his sweats again. “I’ll finish up your aftercare after I put everything away. Right now, I want you to eat something.”

My eyes went wide. “Oh my god.”

“What?”

“I still have ice cream.”

He laughed. “You need real food. But ice cream too.”

As soon as he set me down in the kitchen—though I was wobbly enough that I felt like I was made of jelly—I went straight for the freezer and the container of ice cream.

I sank a spooninto it, took a bite, and groaned. “Past me is a goddamn legend. Thank you, past me.”

Aiden gripped my hair on the second bite and pulled my head back to kiss me. Sharing the ice cream. “This makes me want to devour you all over again.”

“I think I need a bit of rest before we do a repeat.”

Logan popped his head into the kitchen. “There are prepped meals in the fridge, Aiden. She can have one of those.”

“Thank you.”

I lifted my arms and made a face. “I’m right here. I can pick what to eat.”

My other Alpha came over and stole a bit of the ice cream off my spoon. “That tastes amazing. But you need more than ice cream after a scene like that.”

“How do you?—”

“Rin.” Logan laughed and kissed my forehead. “We all heard you, baby. You had a very good time.”

I flushed with embarrassment. “Oh god.”

“Don’t be embarrassed. Pretty sure all of us want to be in on the next time you do that.”

He stood behind the bar chair and held me while Aiden microwaved the meal. My stomacheruptedat the scent. “Okay, maybe I am hungry.”

“Told you.”

I practically inhaled the chicken and veggies when he put it in front of me. And suddenly I felt like I was about to fall asleep on the island in front of me.

Strong arms lifted me off the seat. “Let’s go, violet, before you can’t open your eyes.”

“Bring the ice cream,” I murmured.

A warm purr rose under my ear. “Don’t worry. I’ve got it.”
