Megan drove to the Phoenix airport in her rental car. She had been in Arizona for two months already and was looking forward to leaving soon. The heat was too much for her, and the cooler temperatures of Wintervale had her wanting to pack up and move immediately.

She drove into the passenger pickup zone and smiled brightly when she saw Jeff. Parking against the curb, she hopped out and ran around the car, tossing her arms around his neck. He held her tightly and took a deep breath.

“My God, I’ve missed you,” he said.

She sighed and squeezed him tighter. “I’ve missed you more.”

A honk interrupted the moment, and they pulled apart laughing. After waving an apology at the car waiting, Jeff quickly tossed his suitcase into the trunk of her car before sliding into the passenger seat. Megan took them out of the airport and onto the freeway. It was already six at night, and she had an early day the next day. Jeff took her hand in his, and warmth spread through her.

It had been a while since she had had a boyfriend, and with them being in different states, it had been even longer since she had had a boyfriend to be around in person. It almost made her nervous that she would mess it all up. They grabbed takeout from a restaurant before heading back to her rental house.

Once they were inside, they sat down at the kitchen table. Megan watched Jeff as he dished their meals and talked about work. Being around him was weird, yet amazing at the same time. This human she had gotten to know through text messages was finally in front of her, and it felt better than she expected.

Part of her worried there would be a disconnect between the person she got to know through text versus the person she was around in person. But it was nothing like that. It was even better because she already knew him through communication.

“Hey, Jeff?”

He looked up with a bright smile on his face. “Yes?”

Megan stood and walked around the table before leaning down and pressing her lips to his. He pushed his chair back from the table and tugged her down on his lap so she straddled him before deepening the kiss.

She sighed against his lips, and her center pressed against the bulge growing in his pants. He groaned and pulled back.

“Megan, I’ll be honest and let you know I’ve been very sexually frustrated since I saw you in December. I’m trying my hardest to behave right now, but I’m not sure how long that will last.”

She giggled softly. “I don’t want you to behave.”

“You don’t have to say that twice.” He stood, picking her up with him.

She laughed and wrapped her legs around his waist before tipping her head toward the back of the house. “The room is back there.”

Megan pressed a kiss to his lips before working her way down his neck as he walked them to the bed. Once they got there, he set her down gently before crawling over her.

“I’ve been dreaming of this.” He pressed a kiss to her neck before taking her earlobe between his teeth and sucking on it.

She moaned and arched her back into him. “Yeah?”

“Mm-hmm.”

His hand skimmed her side under her shirt, and she shivered at the touch. “You’re driving me wild.”

He responded only by working his way down her neck, pressing wet kisses to her skin before blowing on them. Goosebumps peppered her body. Slowly, they worked their clothes off until they were both naked. Her hands roamed over his muscular chest, feeling every hard line and committing it to memory.

Their lips connected, and he dragged his tongue across her lower lip before deepening the pressure. Their bodies molded together, and she swore she had never felt this way before. This was a whole new level of foreplay that she was enjoying.

“Jeff, please. I need you.”

“I’m savoring this,” he said.

“Savor it while you’re inside me.”

He huffed out a laugh. “Eager, huh?”

“Very.”

“Let me get a condom,” he said.
