Tobias rolled them so he lay on top, caressing Chase’s heated cheek with the pads of his fingers, gazing at Chase like he was his entire world. Chase was happy to be a part of that, because a much bigger piece of itbelonged to Tobias’ family. Luckily, Chase felt honored to share because he loved them too.

Tobias let go for a moment to remove the condom, tying it off and dropping it over the side of the bed before peering back at Chase.

“I meant it, ya know,” Tobias said.

“That you love me? I know. You said it earlier too. I still can’t believe you said that. I can’t believe you kissed me in front of everyone, and on camera.”

His eyes began to burn at the prickle of tears threatening to slip down his cheeks.

“I wanted to. I needed to. But I wasn’t talking about that part.”

Chase furrowed his brows in confusion. “What then?”

“That I want my name all over you one day. Everywhere.”

Chase’s eyes widened and his jaw dropped.

“You’re serious? Oh my God. You’re not proposing, are you?”

Tobias chuckled. “No, baby, not yet anyway. But I want to one day. You fit in my life so perfectly. I’d be an idiot to not lock you down as soon as I get the chance.”

Chase huffed a laugh. “You know you’re crazy, right?”

“My brain tells me the same thing sometimes. But I’m mostly crazy about you."

Chase groaned. “Oh man, who knew you could be so cheesy?”

“Speaking of cheesy, there’s one thing I’ve been dying to know,” Tobias said.

“Yeah?”

Chase’s nerves grew as Tobias’ smile widened.

“Which of my posters did you have on your bedroom wall?”

“Noooo,” Chase groaned. “You were supposed to forget my brother said that.”

“Not a chance. Was it the shoot I did in a wet T-shirt for the razor brand?”

Chase grinned. “Nah, it’s an action shot on the ice. Although, I do have a shirtless Cooper Farnsworth poster somewhere in my closet.”

“No way!” Tobias’ voice was shocked, but his eyes were full of amusement as he fell off of Chase, the back of his hand against his forehead like a Victorian maiden falling against a fainting couch. “Say it ain’t so!”

Chase tried to stifle his laughter, but he blew a raspberry as his laughs escaped, and he tackled Tobias to the bed with tickles.

“I’m kidding, I’m kidding. You’re the only sexy poster I want, I swear.”

Tobias laughed his ass off, and it warmed Chase’s heartto see him so happy.

As their laughter settled, Chase propped up his head on his hand.

“You did amazing tonight, you know?”

Tobias’ smile softened. “Are you talking about on the ice or in this bed?”

Chase’s smile turned wicked. “Both, but I was talking about on the ice. You really killed it out there.”

Chase spotted the contentment in Tobias as he accepted his words.
