The next morning, when Grayson and Demir were both still sleeping and curled up into each other, I popped awake in bed.

I had a flash of inspiration. And nothing got me out of bed like a flash of inspiration.

The night with Grayson had been like a different world, where time stopped and we could actually get lost in each other. I had explored every inch of Grayson’s body, and with him there, it was like I was discovering myself and Demir again, too.

I crawled out of bed, then pulled on one of my robes, a long silky thing that floated behind me like a cape. Sneaking into the kitchen, I put on a pot of coffee, then found my way to the bathroom to arrange a few things.

After both taking the night off, Demir and I were going to have busy days and nights ahead at the club. But no matter how busy we got, I always tried to take a little time and put a little flare into the morning.

Otherwise, waking up was just so boring.

And what better way to show Grayson we were serious than giving him a taste of what our mornings were like?

Soon enough, I had myself freshened up and a tray of food and coffee ready. Tightening my robe, I flipped on some very quiet music through the house speakers, then crept my way back toward the bed.

The guys were both just waking as I made my way in, swaying my hips back and forth and letting a low purr rumble in my chest. “Morning,” I said, dropping the tray on the edge of the bed.

Grayson’s hair was sticking up in the back, and his eyes looked groggy. He traced his eyes up and down Demir’s body, from his bare chest to the bump of his toes under the sheet, then back to me and the tray of food. “I’m pretty sure this is a dream.”

I laughed, then sat on the edge of the bed. “Oh, it’s just getting started.”

In no time, I had Grayson in our morning swing. I got him in a robe, and once we finished the waffles and fresh fruit, I pulled him and Demir out of bed and to the bathroom. We had a three-head shower installed, but we’d never actually had three people under it. With eucalyptus spray in the air, we washed each other, then dried in the steam with warm, fluffy towels. As I insisted Grayson try a million products, Demir brought us cappuccinos, and soon enough, we were back in the robes and standing in the kitchen.

“This is where I convince Demir to do some stretching with me every morning,” I said. “If you’d like to join.”

“Surprisingly, I really wish I could,” he said with a half-smile. “I don’t normally like to exercise in front of people, but that sounds…” He searched for the word. “Nice. But I actually have an appointment I need to reach.”

Grayson changed back into his clothes, and we made promises to see each other again soon. I was disappointed to see him go, even though my brain was already compiling a list of emails I needed to write. We all kissed a bit in the kitchen, and Grayson took off through the back.

I sat down at the counter and grabbed my nearly empty coffee. “Okay,” I said.

“Okay what?” Demir asked.

“Let’s build the addition. I just need two things.”

Demir’s eyes got wide. “Sure,” he said. “Anything.”

“First, I need you to promise that you and I are going to have one more date every week from now on. Without exception, always.”

“Like a date night?”

I shrugged. “It doesn’t have to be the same night. But I need to see you more.” I paused and caught his eye. “I need it,” I repeated.

“Of course,” Demir said quickly. “I would love that.”

The sparkle in his eye made me smile, even though I felt a little skeptical that he would find the time that easily. “Good. The other thing…”

He cocked an eyebrow.

“Demir,” I continued, “we need to hire an assistant, full-time. I know this is our club, and we’ve always wanted to micromanage every detail ourselves, but it’s too much work now.”

“It’s a lot of money…” he said carefully.

“It’s in the budget,” I said confidently. “It’s not like we won’t have to pull back on some expenses and pay ourselves a little differently, but it will be worth it.” I turned and glanced at the door Grayson had walked out of. “Because I don’t want to be unavailable, do you?”

“No,” Demir said. “I don’t.” He stared at me for a second, then reached out to clasp my shoulder. He kept my gaze, pulled me in for a kiss, and then released me. “A personal assistant and a date night, then. I’d say that’s a pretty good deal.”

“Then we’ll sign the financing that the bank offered us,” I agreed.

Excitement filled Demir’s face, and I knew he was already thinking over the construction and listing next steps in his head. I warmed a bit more to the idea, seeing him like that. I wanted him to be happy, after all, and I loved how proud he was of the business we built together. I just hoped the other part of the plan would come true, too.

“To whatever lies ahead,” Demir said, tilting his mug up.

“Whatever lies ahead,” I agreed. “We’re ready for it.”
