Lovelace:But we do. There is a comprehensive study of more than a thousand alchemists that have been followed for the past ten years.
Thales:There are problems regarding that sample set.
Lovelace:Well, we’ve seen increased violent tendencies in those of us who tend toward aggression, increased depression and suicidal tendencies in those with mental health conditions, earlier rates of cancer in those predisposed for cancer, rapidly worsening symptoms of all kinds of diseases in those at risk for those diseases. Similar reactions in non-alchemists, as well.
Wu:(to Moderator) Do we care how it affects non-alchemists? I thought this was a discussion about the modern economics of alchemy.
Moderator:Non-alchemists are our customers. Lovelace’s comment is relevant.
