"Are we?" Logan gritted out between his teeth.

"Definitely," Oz replied. "You make a great pet, puppy."

"Nope." Logan shook his head. "Not calling me that."

"Aw! But it's a cute nickname. It suits you," Oz teased. "You're surprisingly eager to please, and you're big and dumb and needy…"

"Not a dog," Logan hissed, and Oz only laughed.

"Aren't you? Ready to beg and roll over at my command." Oz grinned.

But Logan looked away, frowning.

"Logan?" Oz called softly. "Not really selling the fantasy here."

"I'm not into it, okay?" Logan huffed. "Andno, I don't need to use a safe word over it. It's just… you rubbing your cock all over my face is one thing, but I — I can't fake a kink I don't feel."

Oz watched him for a moment, cocking his head.

"Huh," Oz finally said. "Alright, good. Boundaries are good. No puppy play. Fuck, I wonder what else you'll turn out to be into?"

"What do you mean, 'whatelse'?" Logan asked, eyes narrowed.

"Don't worry about it," Oz assured him in a tone of voice that left Logan very, veryworried about it, actually, even as Oz just flapped his hand to shoo the question away.

"Shower," Oz declared instead. "Then cuddle or homework, your pick."

"Homework," Logan answered quickly, before his damn tongue could betray him.

"Yeah, I figured," Oz grinned. "Don't worry, we can cuddle after."

"Fuck off," Logan growled, climbing to his feet.

"Again? Damn, hot stuff! You've got stamina." Oz snickered.

"You're an idiot."

"And you're the one who picked me for a tutor, so what's that make you?" Oz laughed. "Y'know, you should really think your insults through more, instead of going off half-cocked all the time. But then, I guess that same impulsiveness is why you're the one with cum drying on his face, and not me."

"Shut the fuck up," Logan snapped, shifting uncomfortably. "So… that's a yes, then? You'll tutor me?"

Oz paused, his hand on the doorframe, and Logan's heart hammered in his chest as he turned.

"I should say 'no'." Oz mused, mouth curving into a thoughtful little grin. "Just to see your expression."

"Oz," Logan warned.

Oz smirked, his eyes dancing…

"Dude, how hard did you just come?" Oz laughed. "I already agreed. Twice, actually. What — were you really willing to risk all that on a 'maybe'?"

Logan flushed, hot with embarrassment, to realize that, yeah — he almost had. He'd gotten so wound up with his problems, and the ridiculousness of his own solution, that —

"This is going to be too much fun," Oz repeated, his tone low like he was mostly talking to himself.

And yet, it had a thorny, snarling thing unknotting in Logan's gut to hear it. Because, as strange as this deal of theirs was, there was something about knowing it was withOz,of all people. He might be a dork, but… he was smart, and he wasn't mean. Even when he'd been messing with Logan's head, Oz had been determined to make sure Logan felt…safe.

And now that it was over, Logan could clean himself up and forget it had ever happened. Oz would help him study, and Logan wouldn't be kicked off the team. He hadn't done all this for nothing after all.
