The man nodded, his eyes hooded with lust.

“Well, I have to warn you, I have a demon boyfriend who will likely want to possess your body in order to pleasure me properly.”

The man assessed you. Now you had his full attention. “Really? A demon boyfriend? I haven’t heard that one before.”

“Yes, you’re perfect for us because your body is banging, and your energy is super dark.”

“I have dark energy?” Blake asked like he wasn’t at all surprised by that assessment.

“Extremely,” you said with a giddy smile. The dancing and drinks had loosened your tongue.

“Well, this just gets better and better. Let me buy you a drink, Reggie. Wait right here.”

You gave him your order, and Blake headed to the bar. I told you again to abandon this plan and return to Bruno on the dance floor, but you refused.

“I’m doing this for us, Henri,” you proclaimed.

“This isn’t what I want, Orlando. This man is dangerous.”

“He’s perfectly fine. You’re just being paranoid. Quiet now, he’s coming back.”

Blake returned with your drink, and you guzzled it down.

“I’ll admit, this isn’t something I do every day,” Blake said as his eyes slid indecently over your form. “But a threesome with a demon is too good an opportunity to pass up.”

“So, you’re in?” you asked with hopeful delight.

“I’mdefinitelyin. There’s a room right here in the back.” Blake motioned to the hallway where the bathrooms were located.

I did not like that suggestionat all.

“Orlando, this man has very bad intentions.” I sensed rage simmering behind his bland expression. He had been violent to others in the past and enjoyed it. “Do not go anywhere with him. Pick someone else if you must.”

“No, he’s perrr-fect,” you said, slurring your words.

“Then at least tell Bruno where you’re going.”

“It’s fine, Henri. Relaaax.”

Blake stared at you with a peculiar fascination. His mouth twisted in a sardonic smile. “Does your boyfriend like me?”

“He thinks I’m being reckless.”

Blake’s smile widened. He placed his hand at your tailbone, and I attempted to claim his body right then. For a brief moment, I felt my hand at your back, guiding you down that dark hallway, but just as quickly, I was expelled. Like experiencing severe whiplash, it left me shaken and took me a moment to recover.

Meanwhile, you were leaning so heavily on Blake, he was practically holding you up.

“Orlando,” I snapped, trying to regain your attention. “Something’s wrong. I can’t control him.”

“Isss fine.” Your head nodded sluggishly. “I’m a biiig boy.”

“Yes, you are,” Blake cooed. Your gait was never so clumsy, and there was no explanation for your balance to be this compromised, unless…

Blake had drugged you.

“Do not go into that room, Orlando,” I commanded. Your eyes were glazed and unfocused, and you were rapidly losing the ability to stand on your own.

The bouncer only glanced at the two of you and determined from your posture that you were enamored with the brute. I attempted again to inhabit Blake’s body. I felt the cold metal of the handle in my palm as the knob turned and the door swung open.
