Reign grunted, snapping his hips as he upped the pace. Noah refocused on his thick cock, teasing and sucking and chocking a little around it as he let it slide further into his throat. Reign seemed to like that, the sounds he was making growing in intensity. Noah found those noises extremely erotic. They turned him on and, before long, he didn’t think he was going to last, so he urged Reign to take charge, to fuck his mouth like he was fucking his ass.
Somehow, he coaxed an orgasm out of Reign first, but the moment he tasted the demon, his own climax barreled through him, making him shake and shudder and collapse on top of Reign who didn’t stop pumping until Noah was relaxed and pliant and drifting off to sleep.

The following two weeks were more of the same—work at the embassy during the day and Reign’s company in the evenings. Noah was making progress slowly but consistently. His things occupied one of the guest rooms in Reign’s residence, and he was yet to sleep in his own bed in the embassy, even when he had to attend evening functions. On those days, he sneaked out afterwards, and, as usual, spent the night fucking in the demon’s bed until he passed out from post-sex bliss.
And then there were the breakfasts. Reign was yet to miss even a single morning, always having something deliciously smelling ready for Noah when he got up. They texted too, when Noah was bored at the office, flirting or just chatting.
Noah leaned back into his luxury office chair, trained his gaze on the window and bit his bottom lip.He wasn’t imposing on Reign, was he?The demon had been the one to start the whole breakfast thing. He’d also offered to show Noah around Seoul, even though Noah could tour the city on his own.
It was nice and… unnerving, Reign’s attention. It made Noah want more than just sex, wish for that whichhe was trying to ignore, because it wasn’t something a demon could grant. He had his infatuation locked away, but each gesture chipped away at his resolve, weakening it.
The ever-present dull tension of Reign’s sigil rippled through Noah, reminding him of their very formal arrangement. He looked at it from time to time, checking to see if there was a change, but it remained the same faded gray no matter how many days he spent in the demon’s company. Noah didn’t complain; after all, the dull color signified it was yet to be completed, which in turn meant he still had time with Reign.
But how much of it?
Reign hadn’t known when Noah had asked, explaining that each soul was different. Some took days, others decades, and no demon had control over the duration. They were simply there to collect once the contract was fulfilled.
Noah pondered about Reign’s previous humans yet again. He’d not asked Reign about them, about how many there were or how long they’d lasted. He wanted to know, at least one part of him did, but he also didn’t, because it had no relevance to him. At the same time, he’d been learning more about Reign every day, the demon always willing to answer whatever questions Noah had for him, so, really, there was no reason not to satisfy that particular curiosity.
Decision made, Noah looked at the time, realizing he was meeting Reign in thirty minutes at the Foreign Affairs’ office. A thrill ran down his spine at the thought of what they were about to get up to, a smile hovering on his face as he flung his overcoat over one shoulder, locked up and leftthe embassy so he could pretend to be a spy for the Holy Empire.
Twenty minutes later, Noah arrived at his destination. Reign and Barbatos were waiting for him in front of the building’s main entrance. Unlike the classical style of the Empire’s embassy, the Foreign Affairs headquarters were all glass and metal in modern style, with the top portion protruding out to offer a peek of its roof garden.
“Good afternoon, gentlemen,” Noah greeted the two demons posing as men, running a hand through his hair to slick it back. A few unruly locks flopped back over his forehead.
A smile softened Reign’s diplomat façade, his garnet eyes clearly amused by Noah’s misbehaving hair. It was the opposite of his own loosely tied ponytail, which looked elegantly stylish.
“Mr. Araya, welcome to the Foreign Affairs headquarters,” Reign said, professionalism dripping through his tone.
Barbatos’ greeting was a smirk. “Kitten, it’s a pleasure to see you again.”
“Mr.Seong, how was your trip?” Noah chuckled, letting the two take him inside. Unlike the kitsch of the embassy, the interior here was minimalist and open, with pastel colors and neutrals blending to create a relaxing atmosphere.
“Just Trevor is fine. We are all friends here, aren’t we?” Barbatos said, gesturing at the elevator. “As for my trip, it was rather pleasant and not just because I got away from my office duties for a while,” he explained, a flicker of lust in his eyes telling Noah exactly what kind of pleasant it had been.
“Oh?” Reign cut in, lips curved up in mockery. “I wasn’t aware you ever did those.”
“Now, now, Reign. Is that something you should be saying in front of our honorable guest? And seriously”—Barbatos crossed his arms, his biceps straining the fabric of his peach-colored shirt—“do you think I do fuck all every day?”
Reign made a thoughtful face, pressing the button for the second floor once they were all in the elevator. “That, or you invite yourself to my residence.”
“Touché,” Barbatos conceded with a grin. “But only after I’ve half-assed whatever needs doing that day. It’s not my fault that I’m extremely efficient at what I do and a master at finding loopholes.”
Noah could definitely relate to that, his own motto much like the demon’s. If Noah could get by doing the bare minimum, then he wasn’t going to make an effort unless it made sense to, like in the case of his proposal to the Director in Lisbon, so he could come here to Seoul.
“Do they just let you leave the office before the workday is over?” Noah asked, studying Barbatos’ beautiful face. He had fuller lips than Reign, a slightly higher brow ridge, a bigger nose, and, overall, more masculine features, so perhaps handsome was more accurate.
Barbatos wiggled his eyebrows and winked. “Of course not. But they don’t need to know if I leave early, do they?”
“I saw cameras,” Noah pointed out, giving Reign a sideways glance. The red-haired demon had his eyes closed and seemed content to just listen to them without offering input.
“Whose team do you think oversees the video feeds?” Barbatos said, his voice laced with self-satisfaction.
“Ah.”Barbatos was good.
“Ah indeed.” The elevator chimed, coming to a stop. “And here we are. We’ll start with the mandatory tour of the office space, then we’ll do the conference room, the function room, the roof terrace and, finally, my den on the sublevel where the magic happens,” he announced with a flourish.
