“Thank you. As you all know, some shit happened a few weeks ago, and we lost our president. We aren’t mourning him, because he was a piece of shit for what he did to Animal, Slim, and Raina. With that being said, we have to appoint a new president. While you were gone, Kane, we took a vote, and it’s unanimous that you are our official president.”

Everyone clapped as Tech handed me a new patch with president on it.

I stood and shook his hand. “Thank you. With that being said, we need a new vice president. This decision wasn’t easy, but I knew a certain person wouldn’t even want it.” I cut my eyes at Rico. He had made it clear on many occasions that he was fine being road captain and didn’t want any more responsibilities. “So, the new vice president of the Vipers is . . . Slider.”

The whole room clapped and cheered while Slider looked surprised.

“What?” he asked as he stood.

“Yeah, it’s only right. Tech likes his position, and there is no sense in changing it. You have had my back since you’ve been here, and my lady likes you.” I chuckled.

“Man, I don’t know what to say.”

I handed him the new patch I had made for him, and he gave me a brotherly hug.

“I didn’t think I would stay here as long as I did, but I can’t see myself anywhere else. I’m honored by this privilege.”

Everyone saluted him.

“Since Slider will no longer be the tail gunner, we need a new one. Tay, if you are interested, the position is yours.”

“Hell yeah,” he said as he stood from his chair.

“Congratulations, but make sure you stay away from my lady,” I teased as I passed him his new patch.

“That’s my girl,” he said and winked at Munch.

As usual, she blushed before she blew me a kiss.

“Don’t make me fuck you up.” I playfully punched him.

Everyone laughed, then Carmen stood up.

“Congratulations, guys. We have one more patch to give away.”

I had no idea what they had planned, because everyone’s position was filled.

“Raina, or should I say Munch.” Carmen smiled. “As a collective, we want to officially welcome you to the Vipers.” She reached down and pulled a blue vest out of a bag. “As the first lady of the Vipers, we’d like to present you with this.” She held the vest up, and the back of it read, “property of the president,” and at the bottom, it said Munch.

I had no idea they had planned that, but I was thankful that they accepted her with open arms.

I helped Munch from her seat, and she walked over to Carmen.

She took the vest from her hands, then hugged her.

“Thank you, Carmen.” She turned and looked at everyone. “Thank you all for accepting me.” She looked at me and winked. “I’m honored to be first lady.” She put the vest on, and everyone cheered as she walked over to me.

“Can you believe it?” She turned to show me the back of her vest. “First lady.” She turned back to face me.

“I can believe it. How do you feel?” I put my hands on her hips and pulled her close.

My heart thudded in my chest when she looked up at me.

“I feel great. I never expected all of this, but I’m happy. Happy with the club and happy with you.” She stood on her tiptoes and kissed me.

“Good. Now we just need you to master riding a bike and getting you one. I need my first lady by my side at all times.”

We’d practiced a little more on my bike, but she hadn’t mastered it yet.
