Domik
He watched as CJ slowly lowered herself to her knees in front of him, holding her hand out for the cloth. His eyes were fiery as he passed her the cloth. She only reached halfway down his chest before he gripped her wrist in his hand.
“Stop,” he said.
Her brows knitted. “Why?”
He closed his eyes. “Your hands on me drive me to distraction.”
She smiled, letting him take the cloth and watching as he rapidly finished what she had started, before he bundled her in a towel and carried her into the bedroom.
When he reached the bed, he released her slowly, her towel-clad body sliding down his. He caught the towel in one large hand and tugged it away from her, baring her body to his heated gaze. He lifted a hand to cup her cheek, and she smiled.
He bent his head to hers, resting his forehead against her own, and took a shaky breath. “I want to make this good for you.”
“As long as you are touching me, itwillbe good, Dom,” she said, leaning her head into his and wrapping her arms around his neck.
She tugged, standing on her toes so her lips met his. He shuddered at the brush of her lips, and CJ felt more powerful in that moment than she had ever before.
She pulled away, taking one of his hands in hers. Domik let her pull him toward the bed, unbelieving that he was really here. With her. About to do this.
And it was more than his poor, bitter heart could handle. He felt as if he would burst with all the words he wanted to say, but he just didn’t know how to put all his feelings into words.
Then show her how you feel.
He watched as CJ took a jump and landed on the middle of the bed on her knees, her backside jiggling as she landed. She flopped onto her stomach with a laugh and rolled over onto her back; the covers twisting around her like a halo.
She lifted a hand and gestured for him to join her. As if a string was tied between them, he crossed the short distance to the bed and slid onto it next to her. His weight made the mattress dip, and she rolled into him.
“Well,” she said with a laugh, “that’s one way to get me close to you.”
Domik could no longer hold back, and he reached for her waist, lifting her to straddle his hips. He slid backward until his back hit the mass of pillows piled up against the headboard and settled against them, half sitting and half lying down.
His hands wrapped around her waist, thumbs touching just under her bellybutton, fingertips brushing together at her back. His thumbs moved on the soft skin of her belly, sliding up and down against the slight give.
Her thighs were parted over him, and his eyes were drawn to the center of her, covered by a patch of neatly trimmed dark hair. He dropped his hands to the top of her thighs and dipped his thumbs between her legs, tracing up and down those soft curls, gently stroking.
His cock hardened, almost painfully thick, pulsing with the blood that rushed to his groin. He felt it throbbing with the need to be inside her. To delve into her tight, wet heat and find the peace he knew would be waiting.
He dragged his eyes away from what tempted him the most, taking in her rapidly rising and falling chest. Her breasts were high and small, topped with rosy red nipples that bunched into tight little peaks.
He tugged her forward, but she resisted, her hands on his chest, her small fingers tracing patterns on his skin. She looked up at him from under her lashes and smiled shyly.
“I love you, Domik,” she said.
He nodded, again trying to tug her forward, but she laughed and he let go.
“Aren’t you going to say something?” She lifted an eyebrow, but her expression wasn’t one of anger.
Domik sighed, dropping his head back against the headboard of the bed. “What do you want me to say?”
She lifted a hand to tap him lightly on the tip of his nose. “Whatever you feel, Dom.” She leaned forward to drop a kiss on his lips, so lightly he wasn’t sure if he’d imagined it. “I want to know how you feel.”
He gave her a flat look.
“And don’t scowl me out of asking. That doesn’t work on me, and you know it.” She shook her finger at him, and he grabbed her wrist, pulling her hand to his lips and kissing each of her fingers. “And don’t weasel out of this by using your mouth in other ways.”
He groaned, but let her hand go. “All right. You win.”
