TATI
Ithink this might be my hundredth orgasm. It rises up inside me as he pins me against the shower wall, the warm water rushing over our bodies. I hold onto him for dear life, my nails digging into the muscle of his shoulders as he bites my lip.
His chest rumbles against mine as he moans against my lips. It’s only when he whispers my name that I know he’s come again, too.
I stay wrapped up in him, my legs around his waist, waiting for him to release me or for the world outside to intrude on us.
And I know it’s because it’s very possible this might be the last time. I can’t believe he’s going to stand up against my father. He looks into my eyes, pushing wet hair out of my face before kissing me again.
“We need to get ready,” he says, his voice like a lion’s growl.
“I know.” He starts to move away, but I tighten my thighs around his waist. He chuckles.
“Tanechka,” he says, his voice like a warm caress against my back. I squeeze myself around his cock and press my pelvis into him. His smile drags lazily across his face as his eyes close.
“Let’s stay in here,” I say between kisses on his neck.
“You know that’s not possible, baby. I have a lot of work to do before we’ll be safe.”
I start grinding my hips, and I feel him getting hard again. “One more time? Please, Daddy?”
He leans into me, his mouth just inches from mine. “Tempting me like this… you’ll be my ruin.”
I kiss his lips softly. “Then we’ll go down together.”
He starts to respond, his mouth finding mine as he presses his hips against me…
A loud knock on the bathroom door breaks through the moment and Viktor stops, sighing with deep annoyance.
“Come on, love birds!” It was Teddy. “Bank opens in a couple of hours! We got a lot to get straight before you have to go!”
And just like that, he slips away from me, standing back and letting my legs fall back down to the shower floor. He touches my face delicately and says, “We’ll pick this up when I get back.”
I can only nod. God, I don’t want him to leave.
Viktor turns off the shower and opens the glass door, shouting, “Give me ten minutes,” back through the door.
“Roger that.”
He grabs a towel and hands me one, then dries himself off. I do the same and try not to let my worry show too much.
We get dressed, mostly in silence. Teddy’s left a clean set of clothes for him and I still have the clothes that one of their women left for me last night. I dress in the oversized shirt and blue jeans—which fit oddly well. The woman who brought the clothes was about my size, which makes me wonder if they were hers to begin with.
I tie the shirt up and go to the bathroom to run a brush through my hair. As I do, I glance over and see Viktor putting his shoes on—black boots. He’s wearing a tight black shirt and matching jeans, something I never thought I’d ever see him in. His tatted biceps test the strength of the fabric as he leans over, and his long hair falls into his face in a million damp curls the color of midnight.
I walk to the door and watch him as he finishes putting on his boots, trying to take him in for as long as I can. “You’re going to Marla’s safety deposit box?”
He nods. “Has to be done,” he says. He gets up and walks around to the nightstand and starts rummaging through the drawer until he pulls out a black hair band. As he smooths and ties his hair back he adds, “They don’t know about it as far as I know, so I figure if I get there first thing, I can be in and out and be back here before anybody thinks to look for me there.”
I’m chewing on my bottom lip as I watch him clean himself up. His dark eyes fall on me and he stops. “Don’t worry. I’ll be careful.”
“Is Teddy going with you?” she asks. “Or anyone else? Just to watch your back?”
“I won’t need it.” He walks over to me and takes me by the shoulders. “Of all the places that they might think to look for me, the bank won’t be one of them. They’ll be too busy searching my apartment, my old haunts?—”
“Like here?” My heart jumps into my throat. “My father knows you’re close with the Red Devils. What if they come here?”
