Hadrian couldn’t breathe as she gently explored him from tip to hilt. His head swam.

Every thought in his head shattered.

Jayne shivered as she felt him again, all over her body. There were no words to describe the sensation.

None.

Unable to take it anymore, she carefully guided him into her body.

They moaned in unison.

Jayne swallowed hard as he lowered his lips to take hers again. Then ever so slowly, he began to move against her hips.

Holy minsid shit . . .

His actions only intensified what she felt.

Hadrian bit his lip. He’d wanted to savor this. To lengthen it for as long as he could.

But there was no way.

To hell with a long ride. He needed to claim her, to mark her as his, and he didn’t even know why. Something about her reached out to him.

Made him yearn for things he knew he couldn’t have.

A home.

A wife . . .

Children.

What the hell? Those had never been in his plans. Not even on the peripheral.

Yet she reached out to a part of him he’d buried so long ago that he barely remembered ever having those thoughts.

His head swimming, he quickened his strokes, wanting to drive himself in as deep as he could.

She ran her hands down his spine, raising chills the whole way. Her eyes were as drunk as he felt.

Jayne met him stroke for stroke, making him all the more determined to savor every single moment of this.

Every single inch of her.

And when she lifted her hips to take him in even deeper and began to shudder as another orgasm claimed her, it drove him over the edge.

Throwing his head back, he shouted out. Jayne gripped him fiercely as she cradled him with her entire body.

Never in his life had he felt anything like this.

His body still shuddering, he withdrew and rolled to his side, bringing her with him.

He listened as two hearts thundered together. Her touch gentled on his body.

“Am I dead?”

Hadrian laughed at her question. “I know I am.”

“Ah, good. At least we went out with a big bang.”
