Chapter 14.
Two months later.
Dominic
Natalia stares around at our new business venture with approving eyes and a smile on her face.
“You like it?” Sisco asks, keen for her approval.
“She likes it,” Joey says arrogantly before looking hesitant. “You do, right?”
Pussy-whipped, both of them.
She stares around her, taking in the new casino we’ve purchased. She gives it an appraising look. Nodding and umming and aahing as she looks around. She’s supposedly deep in thought, but I’ve already seen the twinkle in her eye to suggest otherwise.
Joey and Sisco watch with concern and I shake my head.
“Natalia, stop fucking with them,” I growl, and she laughs, the sound making my dick twitch.
“I love it,” she says with a smile. She reaches up on tiptoes and kisses each of them on the cheek. “And it’s all legitimate?”
“Of course,” Sisco agrees swiftly—too swiftly.
She puts a hand on her hip and raises an eyebrow at him.
My nostrils flare because I know I’m going to spank that look off her face later.
“It’smostlylegit,” I say, before Sisco says something stupid to fuck this up. “We are our father’s sons after all.”
She purses her lips and looks around at the casino we’re standing in. “I love it,” she says again, “and I love you.” She kisses Sisco on the cheek, her hand briefly touching the back of his neck just the way he likes it. “And you.” She kisses Joey, her hand smoothing down the front of his suit. “And you,” she says before kissing my cheek.
I wrap an arm around her waist and tug her to me before pressing a rough kiss to her lips. I can’t get enough of her. I pull out of the kiss and stare into her eyes, wondering if it was too early to fuck her over one of the tables and christen this joint. She sees the dirty look in my eye and swats at me and I smirk back.
“We have something else to show you, Natalia,” I say, allowing Joey to take her from me and guide her toward the back wall where an extravagant bar is. He looks over his shoulder at me with a smirk, already knowing that she’s going to love it.
She gasps, noticing right away the framed photograph of her father hanging above the glittering bar.
I walk toward them all, my hands in my pockets as I stop and look at Frank staring down at us. Truth be known, I didn’t want him there, but if it makes her happy . . . shit, maybe I’m pussy-whipped too.
Still, Frank doesn’t deserve her love, and he doesn’t deserve to hang on our casino wall. But then, in some ways, it’s also a comfort to know that he will be there looking down at us, watching as our success grows and grows. Watching as his beloved daughter is shared between the three of us, his deepest enemies.
“Thank you so much,” she says, her voice shaking like she might cry at any moment.
“Don’t cry, little mouse,” I say and she throws me a happy, tearful smile.
After everything she’s been through, it was the least we could do for her. She didn’t get the chance to take her vengeance out on Alfonso for killing her father, but I could help make sure his memory lived on. I could make sure that he got to see Natalia grow into the woman she should be.
Once we told her everything that had happened, the way Alfonso had poisoned her father, Frank, trying to take him out of the game so he could take over the kingdom, and the way he’d failed the first time but unfortunately succeeded the second, I knew she’d never leave us.
She had nothing left but us. Regardless, I knew we were enough for her. And there wasn’t anything that Natalia would ever want for again. I’d make sure of it.
And our father?
His killer?
Well, Frank got what was coming to him in the end anyway. It’s a shame that Sisco never got to spend several months with him tied to his chair in the basement, but he still got a deserved ending. He knew that we had filthied up his beautiful daughter before he was murdered by Alfonso. The fact that it all worked out in our favor was just an added bonus.
But Natalia doesn’t need to know that part.
