“Rocky Road Blizzard, please,” I said with a moan.
Grey’s hand tightened on my hip as he growled.
I snickered.
“Birthday Confetti Blizzard,” he said.
After we got our blizzard’s, we walked out of the building, and knowing that I missed his touch, I placed my hand in his.
His fingers tightened automatically around mine, then he said, “Like this. Think I can put you at my side permanently?”
I snickered, “One can dream.”
We took a seat at one of the picnic tables and ate our ice cream.
I had just finished mine and was licking a trail of ice cream that had melted along the backside of my hand.
“You got five seconds to tell me that you're not interested.” He said.
I didn’t respond.
Not that I would say I wasn’t interested.
No. I wasn’t responding because I wanted him.

Chapter13
Grey
I waited.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
I moved.
I placed one hand on the side of her face, applied a little pressure, and then I slanted my head to the side and slammed my lips down on hers.
Heard it.
Seen it.
Never felt it.
Until.
Now.
