Just then, the Alabama Chapter of Wrath MC, who had also helped, walked over: Declan, Rhage, Thrash, Havoc, Tinker, Rocket, Cross, and Bash.
“Always a fucking pleasure,” Declan said as he shook hands with Asher, then Nuke.
“Y’all are invited to stay the night at the clubhouse,” Asher said.
I looked at my brothers, then at Nuke, and said, “Appreciate it, but a few of us gotta head back home.”
I looked at Grimm and Kettle; they wouldn’t want to go because the girls who stayed around MC’s didn’t listen and would try to get with them and would try to touch them. And that was a big hell to the fucking no.
Saint would want to get home to Ophelia and the kids.
Xander would want to get home to Nola.
And Merlin would want to get home to Tempie.
After Kettle, Grimm, Saint, Xander, and Merlin left, I followed Nuke with Khal beside me, Wolf behind him, and Jury behind me as we headed to the Zagan MC clubhouse.
And behind us, the Alabama Chapter of Wrath MC followed.

I had just taken a pull from my beer when the door opened, and a woman walked in.
I eyed her and frowned.
She was a tiny thing with long black hair.
She looked mixed with something, but I didn’t know what.
I was too far away to catch anything else.
But what shocked the fuck out of me was that Rome, the Sergeant at Arms of Zagan MC, was the one moving.
Rome was striding over to her, one hand going to the side of her face with a softness I didn’t know he possessed.
“Who’s that?” Wolf asked.
Irish chuckled, “That’s the woman who owns his balls, and she doesn’t even know it.”
Pipe smirked, “Yeah. That’s Collins. She’s Gage’s daughter, he’s the tech guru for the Dogwood Treasure chapter of Wrath MC.”
I nodded, “Gotcha.”
I heard about Collins through the grapevine years ago. She had been six or so when she had been diagnosed with cancer, and she had beaten it.
Looking at her now, you never would have known.
Rome growled.
Priest chuckled as he stood and popped his knuckles, “Let’s go find out whose ass we’re kicking.”
Coal smirked.

And two hours later, I was bent over laughing.
See, her neighbor has been asking her out, and she has been telling him no.
