‘Then we’ll go there, get a licence,’ he answered.

Flora’s head shot up. ‘Really?’

‘Well, there’s no shortage of churches there.’ He grinned.

‘Oh, Dylan!’ Her hands flew to her face with joy.

Dylan smiled at her response. ‘I take it that’s a yes then?’ he teased.

‘Yes. It is.’ They kissed again over the table, a slow, loving kiss that went on forever, not caring in the least who was watching.
