“Yeah and don’t have too much fun!” Iris grinned.
They rode away and Forest opened the door to our home for the night. I expected a dilapidated interior with a rickety bed, but I was wrong. It was a homey little studio. A wood-burning stove was in the center back wall of the room with cabinets and a small table. The bed looked like a queen and there was even a small sofa.
“Holy shit,” I said.
“I know it's not much, Peaches. I know slumming it with me?—”
“Oh, shut up,” I snapped, walking further into the room. “Do you stay here often?”
“I’ve only stayed here a few times,” he said, opening the windows.
It was a little stuffy inside.
“Sometimes I nap here or I get away from the heat,” he said. “Are you hungry? Did you get to have dinner before you came? I've left some canned food, I know it's not__”
“I had some food before coming,” I said interrupting.
“Good, you should get off your feet,” he said, pushing me to the sofa.
“Forest, I’m fine,” I said as he sat me down.
“We rode for a while and?—”
I pulled him down, capturing his lips since he wasn’t listening. I moaned when I brushed my tongue against his and I tugged him towards me. Forest fell onto my lap and I gruntedfrom his weight, taking advantage of this moment adjusting him so one leg was on either side of my lap. He groaned, sucking on my lips, cupping my face and rolling his hips. The friction was making my cock perk up quickly.
“This is not what I had in mind when I wanted you to rest,” he mumbled against my lips.
“I’m fine,” I said, pecking him one more time. “The ride wasn’t too bad. It was nice and I kind of missed riding.”
He got off me as I tried to hold him down.
“Peaches, your leg,” he glared at me. “I was hoping you wouldn’t do this. I know your PT is going good, but what if?—”
“Forest, I’m fine really,” I said, as he put my foot up on the coffee table.
“Keep it elevated for at least twenty minutes.” He gave me a pointed look before leaving outside.
I rolled my eyes, loving and hating that he was being such a pain, but it did feel good to put my leg up. Leaning my head back, I let myself relax for a moment before pulling out my phone to check my messages, shooting Jude a quick text to make sure he was ok. I opened social media scrolling past anything hockey related when Forest came back in.
He started a fire in the wood-burning stove before going back outside. It was like he couldn’t stay still. I leaned back to see if I could see him out the window, but he was out of view. He came back and looked over at me to make sure I was still sitting.
“Are you ok, Forest?”
He nodded, but he didn’t look ok. The sound of something approaching had us looking out of the window. Jude was approaching in an ATV. I attempted to get up when Forest glared at me and I stayed put. I would have protested except for some reason he seemed out of sorts and I didn’t want to push his buttons.
Forest met Jude outside and they came in with a few bags. It looked like we were staying for more than just a night.
“Damn, is that enough stuff?” I asked, getting up to help them.
“Sam, sit down,” Jude snapped.
“I’m fine,” I whined. “It doesn’t hurt, just achy, but I’m fine.”
I walked to them feeling a little stiff, which made me walk with a slight limp.
“Nope, go lay down,” Forest ordered.
“Guys,” I huffed. “I’m fine.”
