Heat rushed to Nolan’s belly the moment Finn pinned him to the wall, crashing their lips together as the front door to his apartment swung closed. He moaned, low and eager, grabbing Finn’s shoulder with one hand and his waist with the other.

Holding onto him like an anchor in a storm, like he was the only thing in the world.

The drive here had been agonizing, the nerves and excitement tying his stomach in painful knots. He’d been aware of every breath and movement from Finn, even the warmth of his body heating the car just a little more than usual. It was a miracle he’d gotten them here safely and that Finn hadn’t insulted his driving even once.

Maybe Nolan had somehow found the one man in a fifty-mile radius who wanted to get laid as badly as he did.

“Stop me if there’s anything you’re not sure about,” Finn murmured between kisses, his breath ghosting over Nolan’s cheek like the softest of touches.

Nolan reached out to curl a hand around his neck, pulling him back in for another kiss. He was sure about this. He’d wanted Finn from the first moment he saw him and been horrified that Gavin had seen the desire written all over his face and used it against him, but now he wasgettinghim and all of that melted away.

It didn’t matter how they’d gotten here. Only that theywerehere, together, and they were both excited about it.

“I’m sure about this,” Nolan gasped, meeting Finn’s gaze steadily. “I’m sure about you.”

Finn smiled the warmest, kindest smile Nolan had ever seen on him. He darted forward to peck Nolan’s lips again, pressing a little more of his weight against him.

Another rush of warmth made its way south, Nolan’s cock stirring in his jeans. He could have gotten hard justthinkingabout Finn doing this. Having him actually do it was making him dizzy with arousal, his gut hot and tight.

“You’re still in charge,” Finn said, leaning closer to nuzzle his ear. “What you want goes. No pressure.”

“I don’t know what I want.” Nolan reached out to play with the hem of Finn’s shirt. “Except that I wantyou.”

“You got me,” Finn murmured. “Think we could take this to the bedroom? I’m a little old for the couch.”

The thought of taking Finn tobedmade Nolan’s stomach swoop, his heart thudding in his chest. Yes.Hellyes. That was exactly what he wanted.

Finn backed off easily when Nolan gave a gentle push against his chest, giving him space to slip past him. Nolan grabbed his hand on the way, their fingers just barely joining together, sparks of friction flying between them as Nolan led the way to his bedroom, dragging Finn inside.

“I wasn’t expecting a guest,” he said, glancing at the slightly untidy state of his room and kicking a pair of pants that hadn’t quite made it to the laundry basket under the bed, a blush creeping up his neck.

Finn shrugged. “Bed’s clear,” he said. “I’ve seen way worse.”

The reminder that Finnwasn’tnew to this was strangely soothing. At least one of them knew what they were doing.

It didn’t stop Nolan standing nervously at the foot of his own bed, barely resisting the urge to put his hands in his pockets. Why was he nervous?

Finn was everything he could have wanted and more. Besides being hot—and he wasreallyhot—he was kind and patient and Nolan trusted him. He’d trusted him to stop him falling into a river earlier.

He could trust him with this. Right?

“Second thoughts?” Finn asked, as though he could read Nolan’s mind.

Well. He probably didn’t need a mind reader to see that Nolan was hesitating.

“No,” Nolan said. “Yes? I don’t know.”

Finn stepped toward him, closing the gap between them. Nolan’s heart skipped a beat, his stomach flipping over, Finn’s proximity setting all his nerve endings on fire. Hewantedthis.

It was just this one, final step giving him pause.

Instead of kissing him or pushing him onto the bed or any of the other dozen things Nolan had expected, Finn wrapped his arms around him, pulling him close to his chest. The moment he gave into the hug, Nolan felt all of his worries melt away.

Finn was the right choice. He knew that. Everything about him screamed safe, and trustworthy, and probably amazing in bed.

“I can just sleep over,” Finn offered. “Hell, I can even go home. I mean it when I say no pressure.”
