He definitely had nothing better to do for the next couple of weeks than lie around naked and wait for Blake to want him, so that worked.

“I can taste myself in your mouth,” Blake said, his eyes sparkling. “I’ve never done that before. It’s… hot.”

Rusty grinned at him, understanding why he’d been so eager to kiss him now. His heart swelled with joy at seeing Blake so happy, every other thought in his mind being pushed out by a single, very important one.

“I love you,” he said, the thought still echoing in his mind, filling up all the available space.

He loved Blake.

He loved Blake so much he was afraid his heart was going to burst with it. He’d never felt so full of anything, so happy to be around another person.

He coulddefinitelyget used to this being in love thing.

Blake laughed delightedly, pecking him on the lips again. “Ditto,” he said. “No regrets?”

“No regrets,” Rusty confirmed. “I found you again, and I’m so in love with you that it hurts, and I’m not losing you again.”

“Good.” Blake said, leaning close to kiss him again. Rusty indulged for a moment, parting his lips eagerly this time, resting his hand on Blake’s hip as they explored each other’s mouths.

He could get into kissing, too. He liked kissing Blake.

“I need to text my mum,” Rusty said as they parted again, both still panting for breath.

“You do that,” Blake said, rolling over and standing up. “And I’ll start the shower. You’re invited this time.”

Rusty grinned, grabbing his phone as he watched Blake head out of the bedroom and into the hall.

He said yes, he texted, hitting send and then tossing his phone aside, getting up to join Blake in the bathroom.

If this wasn’t a fairytale ending, he didn’t know what was.
