Fuck she can mark me, too. I’d wear it like a proud badge of honor.
One, two more hard pumps, and I’m coming deep into my girl as her orgasm grips my dick in a vise-like hold.
My eyes roll in the back of my head as I slowly move in and out, riding the aftershocks of our orgasm. Everything about her feels unreal, too good to be true. I drop my lips to hers and kiss her passionately.
“I love you, H.”
I lean up to look at my beautiful girl. “I love you too.” I kiss her one cheek, then the other, and drop to the side, pulling her into my arms.
My eyes shoot open from the vibration of my phone, and I quickly grab it before it wakes up Jules.
Five missed calls from Matteo.
Where are you? I’ve been calling. You need to be in the office FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!

“Have a good day at work, babe.”I playfully slap Jules’s ass to annoy her as she gets out of the car. Good luck to anyone working with her today. My girl is grouchy to the umpteenth degree.
I roll down the window. “No goodbye? Have a nice day. I love you. I’ll miss you.” I smirk.
She turns around, stomping back to the car, then leans in to peck my lips. “Bye. Love you,” she grumbles under her breath and then turns and leaves again.
I’m tired as hell, too, but I’m used to functioning on little to no sleep. Jules, not so much.
If she has the early shift at the bakery, she’s in bed by nine to get in at least seven hours of sleep. Not that I always let her; it’s how I know how cranky she can be without her precious beauty sleep.
And I would be lying if I said my good mood didn’t have something to do with my gorgeous brown-eyed girl—what a weekend.
I look up at Robert smirking in the rearview mirror. “What?”
He rolls his lips. “Nothing, sir.”
“Just say it. Get it over with.”
“I have nothing to say other than you look happy.”
“Thanks, I feel it. And stop calling me sir. It’s been ten years already.” I tell him this constantly, but it will never change; he’s too old school. I’m surprised he calls Jules by her first name. She must have nagged him until he caved.
“We’ve arrived,” Robert announces, and I realize we’re already parked at the curb.
My phone began dinging incessantly with notifications from the moment I dropped off Jules; it’s like everyone knows I’m en route to the office.
Welcome back, Harrison.
“Thanks, Robert.” I pat his shoulder. “Juliette needs to be downtown at her friend’s house at six tonight. Can you drive her, then wait and drive her back uptown to the penthouse when she’s done? I’ll take a cab home.”
“Sure, no problem. Have a good day.”
I step out of the car and slowly walk up to the building, trying to catch up on any pressing emails before Lauren chews my head off for not answering her.
“Where the hell have you been, and why haven’t you answered my texts.” I look up to see Matteo frantically running out of the building toward me.
I hold up my phone. “I was just answering everyone from last night. Do I not get two hours a day to myself?” I look down at my watch. “And it’s nine thirty in the morning. What do you mean, where have I been?”
He throws his hands up, annoyed. “For as long as I’ve worked here, you have been here by eight-thirty after you drop off Claud at school.”
