“But what if it is? Has anyone seen either of them since they left the clearing. I sure as fuck haven’t,” Eli growls, and Gray shakes his head.
“I haven’t gone anywhere but here and didn’t see either of them on the way back. Not that I was looking but I would’ve noticed and said some shit,” he says, and I nod.
“I didn’t see them either. They didn’t leave that much earlier than all of us. How can they both just quickly disappear?” I ask, and they both shrug, not the least bit concerned that we have not one but two missing girls right now and someone is writing shit on my door. “Again, what does this have to do with us?” I ask, and Gray takes a deep breath.
“Rodney is Lucy’s ex, and he’s out for blood,” Gray states, and my heart drops in my chest.
“Terrance’s brother?” I ask, hoping I’m fucking wrong.
“Yep. It’s time we shut them up once and for all,” Eli grits, cracking his knuckles.
“And how the fuck are we going to do that? Terrance knows too much,” I state, and they both nod.
“We need to think and come up with a plan before retaliating, but have the juniors clean off the door and watch Chunkers. If Rodney wants to come for us—let him. I got something for his ass.” Gray smiles sinisterly.
“Whatever it is–I’m down,” I say, and Eli follows suit.
You don’t fuck with us and think you can get away with it. If this mother fucker wants to play games, then let the games begin.

Blackouts
I jolt awake, and my eyes fly open to nothing but darkness. I have no recollection of how I got here. What the fuck is going on?I rip the blanket off me as my clothes stick to my sweaty skin. I take a deep breath and climb out of bed, stumbling. Why do I feel so dizzy? My hands collide with my desk, and I turn the lamp on. Dim light illuminates the small space as my eyes adjust.
The first thing I notice is Misti’s bed is empty with no sign that she’s been back here. I look around the room and see my discarded clothes. I take a step towards the pile, narrowing my eyes. What is that? Then I see red on my hands and gasp. Why is there blood on my hands? What the fuck?My hands immediately fly to my body as I check to see if I have any cuts, but by the amount of blood staining my hands,I don’t think it’s mine. I bend over picking up my clothes and see blood splattered all over my hoodie, pants, and boots. I freeze, dropping everything to the floor as I stare at the wall in disbelief. Why can’t I fucking remember anything? Why does this keep happening? My heart begins to beat rapidly—my breaths come out short and labored. I-I can’t fucking breathe. I need to wash this off me. But how do I leave this room without anyone else seeing me?Fuck!
My chest tightens the longer I stand here trying to figure out what the fuck to do. Do I call Misti? No, I can’t. I barely know her, and whatever I did, I don’t want to involve her. “Fuck!” I yell as tears fall down my face. I walk over to my bed and dig around for my phone. “Where the fuck is it?” I say to myself as my hands move furiously over my sheets and pillows. Every time I look down and see the stains on my skin, my stomach turns.
Finally, I find it, open the screen and call the only other person I can think of that will help me.
“Petal. Where are you?” he asks in a panicked tone.
“Elliot. I-I need help,” I stammer as I hear whispers on the other end. “P-please,” I beg, wiping the tears from my cheeks.
“Where are you?” he grits.
“My room,”
“Okay, don’t move. I’ll be right there,” he states, and the line goes dead. I fall onto my bed and put my head in my hands. I’m so fucking confused. I just don’t know what happened.
Suddenly, the door swings open and I jump as Elliot walks in and takes in the scene. Then, none other than Kade and Grayson enter, slamming into the back of Elliot, who stumbles a bit. Everyone looks around wide-eyed and in disbelief, making me want to cower into myself.
“Petal, what happened?” he asks, and I shake my head as tears pour down my face. They all take in the scene, looking at my hands, my clothes, the floor, and then Grayson closes the door behind him. Elliot comes up to me, putting his finger under my chin and lifting my face towards him. “Is this your blood? Did you cut yourself again?” he asks, and I inhale a sharp breath, shaking my head. Someone turns the light on and I squint from the brightness.
“There’s fucking blood everywhere. What the fuck?” Kade states as my lips tremble and my whole body begins to shake.
"What the fuck happened here?" Grayson growls, but I keep shaking my head, so he shoves Elliot out of the way and grabs my face with both hands. "What the fuck did you do?" he yells, and I jump.
"That's enough. You're scaring her!" Elliot spits.
"There's so much fucking blood," Kade adds.
"I-I-" I stutter, and Grayson gets in my face. His eyes are void and his features are lethal.
"What. Did. You. Do?" he asks sinisterly, but I can't answer. My hands shake violently as I try to get the words out but they are caught in my throat.
