Fuck, I forgot how sweet and perfect he was.

“Henry,” I breathed out, trying to sound normal.

“What’s wrong?” he said immediately, letting me know I’d failed.

“I…” I started, but then I had no idea how to explain what was happening or what I wanted.Yes, hello, I know we only went on one date, but I seem to have gone into heat and would you like to join a group of strangers and fuck me through it?

This was too much to ask of him. I shouldn’t have called him.

Gray gently took the phone from my hand and put it on speaker. “Hi, is this Henry?”

There was a pause on the other line. “Who is this?” Henry’s voice was guarded.

“My name’s Gray. I’m Westin’s… bodyguard.”

“Bodyguard? What the fuck. Did something happen? Is she okay?”

“How do you know her?” Gray asked.

“Why am I talking to you? Westin, are you okay? What’s going on?”

“Westin has gone into an unexpected heat and she’s asking for you,” Gray said. I cringed at his bluntness.

There was a long pause on the other line and for a moment, I thought he’d hung up.

“Westin, gorgeous, is that true?” he finally said.

I held my hand out, and Gray gave me my phone back. I took it off speaker.

“I’m sorry for asking,” I whispered, suddenly wishing I was alone for this. Everyone’s eyes were on me, and it was too much to handle. I moved off Liam’s lap and burrowed under the blankets, throwing them over my head until I was wrapped in darkness.

“Why are you sorry?” Henry asked.

“It’s not a normal request.” The blanket was soft, but suddenly, the elastic of my sweatpants felt all wrong against my skin. I quickly stripped off all my clothes, sighing in relief.

“If you want me there, I want to be there,” he said, his voice firm and confident.

“Really?” I sniffed as my eyes watered.

“Of course. I know we don’t know each other well, but I didn’t stop thinking of you for even a second while I was away.”

I smiled, warmth suffusing my body.

“Are you at home, darling?”

“No, I’m at Gray’s. There are three alphas here,” I whispered.

“That’s alright,” Henry whispered back.

Cute.

“Wait, I think he lives in the same apartment as you.”

“Okay, darling. I just landed at the airport and will head there right away.”

I grinned, clawing my way out of the blankets. All three alphas were staring at me, and I remembered I was now naked.

“Can you tell him the apartment number?” I asked Gray.
