“You already have the power.” He lowered his face to mine and kissed me softly.

I lost myself in the kiss, uncaring that we were in the middle ofNest Land. His hands pressed against my back and I arched against him, wrapping my arms around his neck. I whimpered against his lips and slick drenched my underwear. I was seconds away from demanding he pick me up and fuck me against the wall when he pulled away with a groan.

I met his gaze, startled by the steady confidence I saw there. Gray seemed so sure about us now, but he’d also been sure I was a manipulative liar just a few days ago. “I want us to be happy.”

“We will. I promise,” he said.

I pressed my face into his chest. I didn’t believe him, but it felt so good to be held like this.

Gray gave me another squeeze and then pulled back enough to lift my chin to meet his gaze. “Now, we’re going to shop and you’re going to let us spoil you.”

I opened my mouth to argue, but then Gray’s stern expression stopped me and I closed my mouth.

“Good girl,” he said with a smile. I wanted to freeze the image in my mind to remember forever. “Let’s go, princess.”

We returned to where Liam, Henry, and Bear were standing with the cart. Bear pulled me into his arms, pressing me tightly to his broad chest. His scent surrounded me, and the tension seeped from my muscles.

“What’s going on?” Liam asked, his hard gaze on Gray.

“Westin’s just promised to let us take care of all of her needs forever,” Gray said.

“I’m not sure that’s what I said,” I responded dryly.

“Oh, I think it is,” Gray said.

Bear peered at me before nodding to himself. He lowered his lips to my ear so he could speak without the others hearing. “You feel guilty about costing us money because you’re used to being on your own. I get it, so much. But you don’t have to be on your own. We want to take care of you.” He pulled away enough to meet my gaze, raising his voice now. “Also, these assholes are fucking loaded. Henry’s car cost over a hundred grand, and Gray’s suits are so fucking pretentious he looks like a secret service agent CEO asshole. Make them buy you shit.”

“They’re professional, not pretentious,” Gray muttered.

I scrunched my face and turned to Henry. “Your car’s not that expensive, is it?”

Henry fucking blushed and rubbed the back of his neck. Well, okay then.

I turned to Gray. “I like your suits.”

Gray snorted out a laugh and it startled me so much my mouth fell open. All the other guys turned to stare at him, too. His smile quickly transformed back into his usual scowl. “What’s that look for?”

“You laughed,” I said.

“I can laugh.” He crossed his arms.

Henry snorted and came to my side, squeezing my arm. “Bear’s right. It’s our job as the pack courting you to provide you with everything you need.”

“I don’t want to be a job,” I muttered.

“Okay, wrong word,” he said. “The greatest honor, pleasure, our reason for living. You can’t take that away from us.”

I rolled my eyes. They were being ridiculous, but I couldn’t deny how much my omega fucking loved it. “Fine,” I huffed.

Bear grabbed the shopping cart handle with a whoop and rode it down the aisle. “Let’s buy some shit!”

I started to head after him when Liam pulled me to his chest. I squealed as he picked me up, my arms and legs wrapping around him.

“What are you doing?” I asked.

“You look tired,” he said. “You just let me carry you and point at whatever you want.”

“You’re ridiculous,” I said. But I didn’t argue with him. I hadn’t realized how tired I was until this moment. I rested my head against his shoulder, wondering how it was possible for these guys to know me better than I knew myself.
