DM1:I know I say this all the time, but IloveTyler Charles.
DM2:Get in line, because everybody does.
DM1:Or do they?
DM2:Okay, I see your point. Because first, we have everyone’s favorite packing on the PDA at an official Cannes event with an unidentified young woman in a very cool dress.
DM1:We don’t know who she is. Well, we’re not sure, so we’ll keep that for another day.
DM2:But we do know that Tyler Charles and her wereapparently making out in front of all the guests at this thing called Fragrance Fête. Like, maybe get a room?
DM1:They probably did.
DM2:Good for them. Have a little fun before your career torpedoes.
DM1:Because soon after that, we heard he was dropped from his upcoming movie. He’d just signed on for this biopic the whole industry has been talking about.
DM2:Filming is starting late summer.
DM1:So it’s pretty late in the game to make casting changes.
DM2:Tyler Charles was clearly blindsided by this decision. He was still talking about the movie in an interview an hour before we heard that he was dropped.
DM1:Even stranger is the fact that the news leaked then. Usually producers or directors will wait to have a new actor in place, so it’s less “We got rid of this guy!” and more “Look at our new shiny actor!”
DM2:Who do you think Tyler Charles pissed off? He might be the one man in Hollywood we’ve never heard a bad thing about.

“It’s not that girl’s fault people are noticing her,” I said with a shrug, like I had nothing to do with this. Like I hadn’t been Lou’s sidekick at the latest events she’d attended. Luckily, I’d had the good sense to step away whenever someone approached to take her picture.
