Gen nods in agreement. “Or at least he was. I don’t think he’s been hooking up much last year. But when he did, I almost asked Mack for a hall pass so I could see it for myself.”

“Mr. O?” I ask to everyone and no one in particular.

“O as in orgasm.” Carissa clarifies. “If Tucker Prescott were a serial killer, multiple orgasms would be his signature weapon.”

Hillary and Madison agree. “So, so many orgasms. It’s like he’s on a personal mission to make you come over and over, and over.”

“He’s got the biggest cock I’ve ever seen. And he definitely knows how to use it.”

Olivia’s laugh comes out in an undignified snort. “I agree. I hooked up with a few of the hockey players, but no one compares to Tucker. And the stamina. He’ll fuck you all night without even breaking a sweat and that thing he does with his…”

“Ok. Enough!” Talia snaps, her hands pressed over her ears. “Please, for the love of God, everyone stop talking about my brother’s cock. I’m about to be sick.”

Gen’s blue eyes flash with malicious amusement. “Oh, come on, Tal. Put your big girl panties on and accept that your brother is a total stud.”

“Color me impressed.” Jodie smiles with her arms crossed over her chest. “It’s always the ones you would never suspect. So there’s more to Tucker than the lovable goofball who cracks jokes and pranks his teammates. You’ll have to give me a full report when you get back, Tar-Tar.”

“And for all that is holy, please.” Talia groans. “Do not give me any details. If there was one bright side to Tuck’s crush on Bex, it was that he stopped hooking up so I didn’t have to hear about his sex life.”

Conflicting emotions war in my chest at the thought of what I just heard. On the one hand, I’m impressed and a little excited. On the other hand, I’m… jealous.

“So are you telling me that you all slept with him?” I immediately regret asking that question. I don’t know if I’m ready for the answer.

“I haven’t.” Gen says. “Contrary to what my ex might be saying, I never cheated on him. I didn’t sleep with another man until we were on a break.”

Mack hasn’t elaborated much about what caused his breakup with Gen. I don’t want to pry, but at the same time, I can’t imagine what someone as nice as him could have seen in someone like Genevieve other than her good looks.

“Neither have I,” Sam offers. “Talia and I have been good friends since kindergarten. So I grew up with Tuck. I could never see him that way; we’re like brother and sister.”

“Thank fuck.” Talia wails. “I don’t think I could have survived a relationship between the two of you.”

I look at all the other women in the locker room. Pretty much every girl in Zeta Theta Beta has hooked up with Tucker.

“Look,” Hillary says. “This is none of my business, but for what it’s worth, Tucker is a good guy.”

Carissa agrees. “He’s a fun hookup, and he takes care of you, but he never lies about what he wants.”

“Yeah, he’s upfront about being in for a good time and then it’s friends like before.” Madison chimes in. “He’s friendly when he sees you at another party or around campus, and surprisingly, he doesn’t brag or share details in the locker room.”

Everyone seems to agree.

“Yeah, Tucker was fun. Then he fell for Bex and he hasn’t partied as hard. But I respect that he wouldn’t fuck around if he was into someone.” Carissa says.

“Right.” I murmur, feeling more jealous with every gushing word I hear about Tucker.

Madison takes me by surprise when she wraps her arm around my shoulders. My interactions with her so far have been limited to her giggling at my expense at whatever mean things Gen has been whispering in her ear.

“Look, I know it must feel weird hearing about your date’s past hookups. A lot of the hockey guys enjoy their popularity, so Tucker isn’t the only one who has been sleeping around. But you know something he’s never done with any of the women in this room?”

I’m almost afraid to ask, expecting something sexual, like anal or something even freakier. “What?” I ask the question anyway.

“He has never asked any of us on a date.”

Hillary agrees. “Maddie is right. It’s always been a little fun after a party. If he asked you on a date, I think it means he really likes you, Taryn.”

“Ok.” They’re right. Or are they? After all, we were supposed to go out, but Tucker asked me to go to his place. Could he have changed his mind about dating and decided that he just wants to hook up? “I need to get going, or I’ll be late.” I say more to myself than to my teammates.

“Hey Taryn,” Talia catches up to me as I walk toward the showers. “There’s something I want to say. Look, I know my brother is a jokester and he can be an immature jackass sometimes. But that’s an outer shell. That’s what he shows the world. The real Tucker is sweet and sensitive. And he got really hurt last year when the woman he liked didn’t feel the same way. You’re both adults, and I don’t care what you do, and I don’t want to hear any details. But you and I are going to be teammates, and I think we’re on our way to becoming good friends. So please, whatever happens between you and Tuck, don’t hurt him. Or there’s gonna be hell to pay.”
