Maybe he wanted to make his own?She glanced around, and looked at their location in the star charts. They really were alone out here.Even the nearest Terran system was several hours away.

"I don't like this," Bianca said."We are out here, all alone.Anything could happen to us, and no one would ever know."

Caoimhe glanced at the woman who raised her."We're not alone."She stared out the windows."There's something out here."

"You are pretty confident."

"Somebody has to be."

It was silent in the ship for a minute.

Then the Rhimodian ships showed up.

"Come in Wrathin," Veta broadcast to the ships.

"Wrathin's probably meditating or becoming in touch with whatever it is that makes him calm," Kian replied.

Freya smiled, but kept her head down.

Veta glanced at her."He has a mouth on him, doesn't he?"

"Well, he's good with his mouth," Freya replied slyly.

Veta chuckled."Well, I certainly hope so."

"Will you quit harassing the females," Jedriek said.

"I wasn't harassing anyone," Kian replied.

"Quiet."Harbin's voice commanded them all.It even gave Caoimhe pause, there was such quiet authority in his tone."There does not seem to be anything here.Is it possible the coordinates are wrong?"Harbin asked.

Caoimhe shook her head."It's cloaked."

"Well, how do we uncloak it?"Harbin asked.

"Without blowing up your ship," Bahran added.

Caoimhe smiled."Swell, take away my one good plan."

"Do not say that," Veta said."We have togo inside, remember?Blowing up this ship--"

"I'm kidding," Caoimhe replied."Everyone give me your jewelry."

She took off her necklace.Eleanor handed hers over first, then Veta, Bianca and Freya.

The necklace looked odd, almost obviously so, with the jewels back in it.It now resembled a block of metal with stones, instead of a piece of holey cheese.

"Oh goodie, we get to see what our jewelry does," Veta said.

Caoimhe went back to the control panel and laid the necklace on the small scanner panel. The ship scanned the metals, and when Caoimhe clicked a tiny button on the side, it started to hum.It took her a few minutes to get their ship to broadcast the harmonics.

The sound deactivated the cloaking shield on their destination.

Caoimhe gasped as the weapon came into view.

Which didn't look like much of a weapon at all, but a long, lean space station, with a wide spot at the top, and near the bottom it got thicker, where power supplies fed the huge cannon.

She knew it was there, but she'd not seen any recorded images of this thing. It truly was huge.Longer than a warp tunnel conduit, she wondered if it would even be able to enter the FTL tunnels that peppered the galaxy.Surely it would have to, or else how could he move it around?

She shook her head. The idea that he could move it around was frightening enough. The massive structure looked ready to blow up anything.Becoming uncloaked, lighting ignited all over it, signaling a docking port.

Veta tipped her head to the side.

"Wow."

"What?"Freya asked.

"He made a weapon that looks like a giant dick."
