“On one condition.” Trevor leans closer to me. “I’m buying.”

“Lead the way.”

Trevor

“And what isit that you do Ruby?” This vixen of a woman walked into the shop and I had to do everything in my power to not sport a semi and scare her away.

“I’m a school teacher.”

“You’re a school teacher?” I lean back, giving her another long once over. Tall, curvy with long, brown hair that flows down her back. Ruby has tattoos covering most of her arms, and I saw hints of other art on her back.

“What, I don’t look like a teacher?” She pins me with a hard stare. I’d like to be pinning her to something else.

“You’re like a teacher from a wet dream.” Shite, did I really say that out loud? Bloody hell, one look at this woman and I’m a sodding mess. Ruby takes a long drink on her pint, licking the liquid off her lips. By the look of it, she knows exactly what she’s doing.

“I work at a school founded by old hippies. Half of them have more ink than me, so this is nothing. They don’t care as long as I teach their children.”

“What year do you teach?” I could listen to the sweet drawl of her voice all night.

“Year two. They are so bright and curious. I love how excited they are to learn.”

“Can’t say I was ever excited to be in school.” I give her a once over.

“You were probably the bad boy parents warned their kids about. All those tattoos probably had them covering their eyes.”

“I didn’t start tattooing myself until after secondary. I didn’t just pop out with tattoos.”

“Aren’t you a crackup.” She traces the lines of my intricate tattoos on my forearms. “Which tattoo is your favorite?”

“This one.” I lift my shirt sleeve and show her the old sailor. “Our shop rule is no names or faces, but he’s the exception.”

“And who is this?” She traces the outline of the face.

“My granddad. Fought for England during the war and was the one who got me into tattooing.”

“Well, I’m glad he did, otherwise we wouldn’t have met.” She leans closer to me, swirling her finger around the rim of my glass.

“And which tattoo is your favorite?” I parrot her words. Heat settles in her eyes.

“It would be inappropriate of me to show it to you in public.” There’s a sparkle in her eyes. One that tells me this evening isn’t anywhere close to being over.

I lean in, grabbing her hand in mine. Rings line every finger, and I imagine how it would feel wrapped around my dick. “Does that mean you’re going to show me in private?”

Ruby swigs the rest of her beer. “I’ll show you mine if you show me yours.”

ChapterTwo

RUBY

I’m never one to shy away from what I want, but it’s been a long time since I’ve taken a man home. My ex-boyfriend walked out on me after three years of dating, saying he was no longer in love with me. It shook me to my core. I retreated into myself, not showing my full self to the men I was interested in.

But when I walked into Shoreditch Ink? There was no way I wasn’t going to keep this thing with Trevor going.

Unlocking the front door of my house, Trevor’s a wall of man right behind me. Heat radiates from him as I push my way into the house. He doesn’t miss a beat. Large hands find my hips and spin me around to face him. His eyes are dark with lust and heat.

I don’t know who moves first, but our lips crash together. Dueling tongues and hands are fighting for control as we stumble further into the house. Trevor lifts me up into his arms, and I wrap my legs around him. His cock is hard between my legs. A loud moan escapes as Trevor lays me out on the sofa. I don’t release him from my hold.

Instead, I rock further into his touch, needing all the friction I can get. “Someone’s greedy.” Trevor’s lips ghost down my neck. Wetness floods my core at his soft words. “I do believe you promised I could see your favorite tattoo.” He pulls back, kneeling between my legs. His dick tents his pants, as he pulls his shirt over his head.
