“Seeing that we’re all acquainted, maybe we should dine together?” my cousin suggested.
“I don’t think so,” Camilla hedged a little too quickly.
“I don’t see why not,” Rayden shrugged, earning a frustrated glare from his date.
“Oh, come now, sweetie. You can’t deny others the pleasure of this gorgeous specimen,” Ruvash chastised Camilla while rubbing Rayden’s arm, who, surprisingly, didn’t appear uncomfortable. He merely grinned. I knew what my cousin was doing and arched a brow at him. He rolled his eyes as if to say, ‘fuck it while you can, sweetie.’ Laughing under my breath, I followed him with Rayden and Camilla at my rear.
I had no idea how Rayden ended up next to me in the booth with Ruvash on my other side, leaving no room for me to move without touching Rayden. While I made no effort to acknowledge his presence, the constant rub of his leg against mine shot tingles down my spine with each occurrence.
I’d just gotten comfortable with the feeling when he turned. “I know you’re not fucking my cousin,” he breathed in my ear. Unlike the touches, his heated whisper denoted another series of explosions down to my now aching pussy. My breath caught in my throat for just a second. I squeezed my thighs to tame the pulse and forced calm into my body.
“Oh, really? Figured that out all by self,” I scoffed, trying desperately not to look at his eyes, delicious bedroom eyes that roved over my face before dropping down to my nipples, which peaked at the caress.
“You know what your problem is?”
“Didn’t know I had one.” I gulped down a large sip of my wine to still my nerves. It didn’t help that Ruvash chose that moment to answer his phone and stood with Camilla as she excused herself to use the bathroom.
The second they walked away, Rayden dropped a hand to my thigh. I jumped, and he grinned. “Are you wet for me, Sianna?”
“What?”
“Oh, come on.” His husky laugh didn’t help, even though it was meant to tease me. “You think I haven’t noticed your reactions whenever I moved my leg.”
“Whatever.” I pushed at his hand. Stubbornly, he refused to move it. I gasped when his fingers crept higher. “What are you doing?” I tried to pull it away while glancing around like a panic-stricken damsel in distress. To my horror, he leaned in and slammed his lips against mine, kissing me hard. My hold on reality slipped, and I kissed him back, moaning when his tongue snuck into my mouth. Then reality knocked, in the form of the waiter clearing his throat. I pulled back and smacked Rayden on his chest.
He waved the waiter aside as his grip tightened on my thigh. “You have performance issues. That’s your problem.”
My brow hit my hairline. “What?”
His thumb slid back and forth over my now sensitive skin. “You didn’t finish me off that night because you were worried I wouldn’t be impressed with your attempts. So, you used my cousin’s name as an excuse.”
I struggled to pick my jaw off the table as I gaped at him. “Are you freaking serious right now?” He merely lifted his shoulders in a slight shrug. “That’s a load of bullshit, and you know it.” I hissed, pressing myself back into the cushioned booth to create some distance.
“Is it?” He sat back and ran the pad of his thumb over his bottom lip before sucking his lip into his mouth. And when he released it, I was so tempted to lean forward and bite the inviting wetness. The kiss we’d shared during the day was just a hint, but the little I’d tasted promised sexual depravity I wanted to try again. Hell, his whole freaking attitude did. As though privy to my thoughts, the corners of his mouth twitched.
“Yes.” I shot up out of my seat to get away from him. He gripped my wrist and yanked me down, pulling me halfway into his body.
“Then prove it,” he nuzzled my cheek.
“How?” Squirming, I pushed out of his hold and glared at him.
“Meet me in the bathroom.”
I snorted a laugh. “For what?”
“So I can fuck you. Show me you’re not afraid to fuck me anywhere, anytime?” Another lift of his shoulders followed his crass.
“Really? That’s the lamest pick-up line I’ve ever heard.” I laughed harder.
“One, I guarantee you, is going to work.”
“Cocky, much?” I shook my head
“We’ll discuss that when you’re done screaming my name later.” He smiled. A slow parting of thick lips made wet by the drink he’d just sipped. Strangely, I found his rawness appealing. Despite being a rich man, he was comfortable being himself. Downright flirty yet not in an aggressive manner.
I forced irritation into my voice. “And what about Camilla?”
“What about her?” His look of indifference had me squinting in surprise. “She’s just a college friend. I’m not interested in fucking her.” He slid closer. “I want you.”
