I smooth my skirt again, swallowing hard as I feel Caleb’s cum ooze out of my pussy, and slide down my inner thigh. I squeeze my eyes shut for a moment, wishing that I could somehow teleport somewhere else in this moment.

Literallyanywherewould do.

“I just can’t believe you fucked her!” Adrian’s voice rattles the walls around us. “That’s so unprofessional.”

“Like you can say anything,” Beck bursts into a fit of laughter. “You fucked her, too, Adrian. Don’t act like you’re some goody-two-shoes.”

“Wait, youslept withhim, too?” Caleb turns to me, his voice suddenly taking a dive.

I hate the look of hurt on his face.I’m literally the worst. But before I can open my mouth and offer some sort of pathetic apology, Beck cuts in.

“I did, too. In fact,” he straightens. “I actually fucked her first. Before she ever even worked here.”

“What?” Caleb explodes and throws his hands in the air. “What the hell?”

“It is what it is,” Beck says, shrugging. “But I’ve definitely fucked her more than you two, so I would say I have an advantage in this situation.”

“Excuse me?” I blurt out, suddenly irritated. “I’m not a freaking sex toy.”

Beck grins at me. “Oh, I know, you’re way better than a sex doll, Maddy.”

“Watch it,” Adrian snaps at him.

Oh my god. This is so embarrassing. My face heats up to furnace levels as all three men stare at me. My knees start to shake, and the realization of what I’ve done slams into my chest like a ton of bricks.

And now I’m about to get fired.

“I just don’t understand,” Caleb speaks first, the confusion sending a pang of shame through my entire body. “Why?”

I wrap my arms around myself, fighting to hold back tears. “Um… I…” My eyes bounce from Caleb to Adrian to Beck, who is the only one who isn’t glaring at me. “I didn’t… I didn’t really mean to.”

“Oh wow,” Adrian barks out. “You didn’tmeanto sleep with us all? That’s fucking rich.”

“Shut up,” Beck’s tone hardens as he spins on him. “You’re an asshole! I don’t even understand what sheseesin you.”

Adrian is a blur, moving across the office to Beck. His fists wrap up in Beck’s shirt, and the two stumble backwards. My eyes widen at thethudof his back making contact with the wall.

“Stop it!” My voice doesn’t even sound like my own in the moment, and Caleb is already in motion, shoving the two of them apart.

“Adrian!” Caleb rips him off Beck. “Get your shit together, dude.”

My hand clamps over my mouth, completely horrified at what I’m witnessing. This is all my fault.

“Well, I wouldn’t have to get my shit together if that fucker would’ve just kept it in his pants!” Adrian gestures to Beck and then back at Caleb. “And you’re no better than he is, but fuck, at least you don’t want to fuck half the staff.”

I raise my brows at the comment, unable to fully process it in the moment. In fact, I can barely think as the three of them continue to argue, their voices overlapping each other’s. It all starts to blur together in my mind, and my stomach churns with shameful nausea.

I can’t stay and watch this.

“I’m leaving,” I blurt out, stopping all three of them in their tracks. Adrian opens his mouth, but Beck cuts him off.

“That’s fine. We’ll work this out while you’re gone.”

That’s just fucking awesome.I swallow the words, though, and bolt from where I’m standing. I rip the door open and dash out before anyone can stop me. It’s not until I reach my desk that I realize my shirt is still untucked. Thank god it’s late and no one else is here.

Get it together, Maddy. But my pep talk doesn’t help a thing as I shove my laptop into my bag, shaking my head. I’m such a freaking idiot. I sling the strap over my shoulder, ignoring the pain searing through my hip as my laptop jams into it.

I don’t slow down as I head for the elevator.
