“Shit!” she squeaks out, turning to run.

“I like it when you run!” I yell, not stopping.

Her little legs move as quickly as possible into the hallway, and I follow, expecting to catch her easily. The girl throws a smoke bomb at me, and I hold my breath and keep moving.

“You overgrown Neanderthal!” she screams, turning down a hall.

“Sticks and stones, and whatever else that shit is,” I say, raising my gun to attempt to hit her leg.

Instead, the bitch jumps up in the air, forcing me to miss as she runs. Breathing hard, she dashes into a room, while I follow close behind to find that it’s a pool of water.

“What the fuck? Pretty sure this is a dead end,” I shrug, shooting her as she jumps into the pool.

The water sucks her straight down, the darkness making it impossible to see anything. There’s not even blood, probably from the suction of the water.

This place is a playground of fucking horrors.

“Have it your way,” I growl, pulling the bag over my head.

It’s far enough from the rest of the underground building to keep our people safe. I’m gonna blow this bitch up.

Setting up three different explosives, two on the walls, and one up near the entrance, I shut the door with a smirk.

“This is for you,” I whisper to my omegas and Cassidy.

Taking a few steps back as I pull my phone out, I sync the chargers with the app on my phone that Ansel insisted that I set up. This way, only the explosives that I want to go off, will. Entering the information quickly, I hit the button to blow the explosives.

“Ha! Take that bitch!” I yell as the bunker’s floor shifts slightly.

It says something that the interior structure outside of the room isn’t really affected. Wanting to be sure, I walk over and open the door slightly. A ton of fucking smoke floods out, and I take that as my answer.

Slamming it shut, I begin to jog back with my gun in my hand to make sure no one’s left. To my right, I see light brown hair duck into a hallway. Being the kind of person that I am, I can’t letthat go, so I follow them. Jake’s hair is that color, and my sense of justice craves his death, even though I told Cassidy that I’d be merciful.

The problem I have with this is that Bellamy, Winter, and Cassidy are going to forever be changed by this.

As we were coming into the auction room, I’ll never forget the way the three of them were strapped down. The way the men laughed as they raped them will always be ingrained in my mind. As far as I’m concerned, I’ll be following Cass into every room possible for a long fucking time.

This opens up too many wounds and trauma for both her and our omegas.

“Oi!” I yell to startle the man as I walk faster.

When the man nearly trips, I smirk and put a bullet in his leg. None of our men would be walking here, and if they were, they’d have identified themselves already. Skulking around isn’t in their resumes.

“Fuck,” Jake hisses, flopping onto his back as he grabs his leg.

“I thought you’d be long gone,” I say callously.

“I swear the hallways fucking change,” he says. “Come on, do you really want to do this?”

The next bullet goes into his gut while I raise my eyebrow. I’m not exactly the most patient of men, nor am I very sane.

“What do you think?” I ask. “We trusted you, and you stole our sun and moons from us. I’m going to play this however the fuck I want.”

Pulling zip ties from my pocket, I flip Jake onto his stomach to restrain his wrists and ankles before activating a smaller explosive and cramming it into his mouth as I yank his hair back.

“Open, I know you can open wider. Say ‘ahhh,’ just like at the dentist, asshole,” I snarl.

I love pants with lots of pockets, because it helps hide all of my fun tools. Keeping my hand over his mouth, I pull out duct tape and yank a piece off with my teeth.
