“Oh, okay. Well, you go get in the truck. I’m finna go get your sister.”

“Kay.” She agreed, just as Babi hopped out of the wagon. “Where you going?” I asked her, as she approached us.

“I told you that these was my workout clothes. So, I’m finna work out. Me and my girl Tera.”

Shaking my head, I nudged Aspen towards the jeep. “Go get in the truck, baby girl.”

Me and Babi watched her jog over to the G-Wagon and hop in, before we proceeded to door 109. Thinking about the fact that Aspen had been playing outside, I twisted the doorknob, and the door opened right up. Then after locking eyes with Babi, we both stepped into the townhouse.

Glancing around, I immediately recognized the furniture Tera had at her old place, letting me know that she was absolutely full of bullshit. Acting like she didn’t have furniture, playing crazy games.

“Daddy! Babi!” Shi immediately shouted, as she jumped off the couch, and ran right up to us, before we all embraced.

Leaning down, I kissed her forehead. “Hey, baby. You ready to go home?”

“Been ready.” She bucked her eyes. “Mama checked us out of

our school, and moved us in with this weird dude, who keeps going on and on about Babi. It’s weird.” She focused on Babi. “Is Jarvin Too Low?”

“Too Low?” I frowned. “What you know ‘bout that?”

She sighed. “Daddy, I am twelve years old. I literally know everything. Too Low is Babi’s ex. Duh. You know. The guy you fought, cause you was scared that she was gonna leave us, and go back to him.”

I lightly chuckled at her bluntness. “Say, girl, take ya nosy ass to the truck with Aspen.”

“Good,” she breathed out. “I literally hate it here. It’s so boring. And I’m tired of mama talking about Babi. It’s giving hater vibes. Like girl bye.” She sassily rolled her eyes.

Tossing her head from side to side, Babi popped the bones in her neck. “Well, I’m gonna straighten that right on out.”

“Whaaat,” Shi stressed. “You’re gonna beat her up?” “Shi,” I curled my lip. “Take your ass to the truck.”

“Okay,” she giggled, before jogging over to the front door, and skipping outside.

“Shi, what I told y’all about running in and out—” Tera fussed, as she sauntered into the living room.

Glaringather,welockedeyes,andherskinimmediately paled.

“Christian, what, what are you doing here?” She stuttered. I narrowed my eyes. “Where that nigga Too Low at?” “Too, Too Low? What, what are you talking about?”

“No, fuck all that,” Babi interjected. “Let’s talk about all that dope you left at his mama’s house.”

“Wait, first of all, who the fuck invited you into my fucking house?” Tera snapped.

“I did, bitch. If you want me out, then do something about it,” Babi argued.

Tera sassily swerved her neck, with a hand on her hip. “Girl, if you don’t—"

Babi didn’t allow her to finish, as she yoked her up by her hair. “Christianf” Tera belted, as Babi now had her pinned to thefloor, while pummeling her face.

“Pop that hoe in the mouth, Babi!” I coached, loudly clapping my hands.

Following instructions, Babi punched her dead in the mouth, before dragging her across the floor, kicking and screaming.

“Alright, Babi,” I eventually spoke up, after Babi had thoroughly spanked that ass. “That’s enough.”

With no hesitation, Babi released Tera, causing her to fall "at on the floor. Then Babi stepped right over her, and gazed at me. “Let’s go.”

I shook my head. “I really wanna stay here and wait on that nigga.”
