A sheer line of sweat dotted his forehead. He was close. I could feel it, and so was I.

"Give it to me."

My body obeyed his every command. My orgasm ripped through my body so hard that I felt a twinge of pain in my stomach, but it was quickly drowned out by the overwhelming feeling of pleasure.

Parker was only seconds behind me. With a grunt, he spilled his seed inside me and coated my walls. A small part of me hoped I was wrong about my ovulation cycle, and he did knock me up.

Just the thought of that happening made me want to have sex with him over and over again.

Instead of collapsing like I knew he probably wanted to, Parker broke our connection and rolled onto his back.

"Did I hurt you?" His question was choppy and out of breath.

"No. You need to stop worrying that I'm going to break. I'm tougher than you think."

We both tilted our heads to look at each other. "I know you are. Give me a second and I'll go grab a washcloth to clean you up."

I would accept that, but only because the thought of getting up made me cringe. I kept that little tidbit to myself and allowed Parker to take care of me if only for a few minutes.

I closed my eyes after he was done and just basked in the euphoria. Sex with Parker was even better than I could've expected. I should never have worried about how it would change us. Not only didn't I want to get up, but I wanted more rounds. Every day for the rest of my life.

My eyes flashed open when something cool was slipped onto my ring finger. I was immediately captured by Parker's heated gaze. "I told you in the hospital I was getting you a diamond. This is me keeping my promise."

I lifted my hand and looked lovingly at the solitary round diamond sitting flush with my wedding band from Vegas. "When did you have time to get this?"

Parker had barely left me for more than an hour here and there. He hovered over me like the two men who bothered me weren't in jail.

Just for the record, they were. Both were waiting to be sentenced although Jacob wouldn't do nearly as much time as Ben.

"When I told you I had to go to work last week, and Elle came over to hang out with you."

I remembered that but only because I thought Elle was acting strange. I chalked it up to guilt eating at her, but now I realized it was more than likely she had been hiding a secret.

"Elle knew."

Parker snickered. "Of course she did. I had to make sure you would like it."

I couldn't take my eyes off the beautiful ring. "I love it, but more importantly, I love you."

"I love you too."

Now I knew why every other guy was nothing more than a one-night stand. My heart was waiting for the right man to come along, and I found him at a hotel bar in Vegas.

CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE

PARKER

One Month Later

"Dammit, Molly. What did you stuff in this box? It weighs a ton."

"Oh stop your bitching. It's just a few miscellaneous items."

A few miscellaneous items my ass. I had a few items. Molly had a ton of shit.

"It's a damn good thing we got such a big house. I don't think we would be able to fit everything you own plus a baby if not."

Yup, that was right. Molly didn't know her body nearly as well as she thought. Last week we found out she was pregnant after she took half a dozen pregnancy tests, but it was the bloodwork that proved what we already knew.
