I put the panties in my pocket and slide closer to the desk so I can't look at Blue. "Open your eyes."

Casey obeys.

"Great job. Please work on that over the next week."

"Okay."

"Please schedule a follow-up with Shirley," I add.

"That's it?" Casey spouts.

"Yes. Once you do this for a week, we'll be able to tackle issues. Until then, we can't," I lie.

Her mouth hangs open.

"Go on." I point to the door.

"You're serious?"

"Yes. To receive help, you must be calm. I will see you next week, and we can work on things," I state.

She glares at me, stomps out of my office, and slams the door.

Blue slides her hand on my calf.

I don't move, letting the reality of what just happened sink in.

I didn't just cross a boundary with Blue. I crossed one with another patient.

My hands tremble. I shove my chair back and stand too fast, heart pounding, heat and horror tangling in my chest. I hit the button on my phone.

"Casey stormed out of here upset. She didn't schedule another appointment," Shirley's voice flies through the line.

I ignore her concern. "Clear the rest of my schedule for the afternoon. I think I might have the flu. Best if you go home before I come out. Intercom me when you're leaving."

"Oh dear. Can I get you anything?" Shirley frets.

"No, thank you. Please go soon so you don't get this," I fib.

"Okay."

Blue shifts, and I point at her, murmuring, "Don't move."

Her eyes widen in surprise, but she sits back, casually against the desk. She pushes her fingers inside her pussy, then thrusts them back and forth while pinning innocent eyes on me.

My blood pressure spikes again. I tell myself to tear my eyes from her, but I can't.

The phone beeps. Shirley says, "I'm leaving now."

"Thanks. Have a good night."

"Hope you're okay," she offers.

"I will be," I assure and hit the button.

I wait a few minutes, watching Blue drip arousal on my floor, and getting hard again. She tilts her head and licks her lips.

My chest rises and falls fast. I get up, crack the door open, and relief hits me. Shirley's gone. I go to the entrance and lock it. I step into my personal space and order, "Get up."
