“And you as well.” Brian nods, withholding the offer of a handshake. It’s their rule. He doesn’t allow other women to ever touch him, just as Elizabeth doesn’t allow other men to touch her. I like that rule a lot. I don’t want other men making any kind of physical contact with Emma Lia, not even a harmlesshandshake.
Emma Lia shakes her empty drink, rattling her ice cubes. “I’d like to visit the ladies’ room before I get anotherdrink.”
“Would you mind going with her, Elizabeth?” Emma Lia is a new face in the club. Most people don’t know her yet, and they don’t know she is mine. I don’t trust other club members to leave her alone. And I also don’t know what Claudia might try to do toher.
Elizabeth smiles “I don’t mind abit.”
My reason for asking Elizabeth to join Emma Lia is actuallytwofold.
“Liz tells me that things are going well between you and Emma Lia,” Briansays.
“They are going very well. And that’s one reason that I asked Elizabeth to escort her. I’d like to talk to you about your relationship with your wife if you don’tmind.”
“I don’tmind.”
“Emma Lia is very special to me.” I hesitate a moment. “I want to marryher.”
“And you’re wondering about the transition from Dom tohusband?”
“Exactly.”
“I was Elizabeth’s first Dom and that made her very special to me. I never considered sharing her with another Dom, and I wasn’t interested in tasting another submissive once I’d had her. Transitioning into marriage wasn’t difficult. We were already very dedicated to one another. Transitioning into parenthood though… that has had its ups and downs. Our older child wasn’t planned. She became pregnant with him very soon after we married. I’d never had to share Elizabeth with anyone, and the change was brutal. Most of her time goes to our two little ones now. “I hadn’t considered that.” I’ve been too busy thinking about how to make Emma Lia stay with me. I didn’t consider what our lives might be like if we actually had a baby to come betweenus.
“I love my children. Love them with all of my heart, but I’d advise you to wait a while before starting a family. Enjoy your wife’s full attention while you can. Because that ends when a baby comes into thepicture.”

Emma Lia loves me. She has chosen to stay with me of her own freewill.
And I pulled that fucking IUD because I thought I had to force her tostay.
I have fucked up bigtime.
“Tristan.” I hear Claudia’s voice behind me, and motherfucker, it’s the worst timing ever. I don’t have time to deal with her and all of her crazy. “Can wetalk?”
“I’m sorry, Brian. Would you excuseme?”
“Noproblem.”
I turn around and look at her… and the collar around her neck. “That doesn’t belong to youanymore.”
“Can we go somewhere private totalk?”
No way I’m falling into another one of her traps. “We talk righthere.”
“Tristan… we have some very personal and private things todiscuss.”
“No, we actually don’t. The only thing we need to discuss is your removal of my collar.Again.”
She reaches up and touches the gold choker. “I wear this because I belong toyou.”
“You don’t belong to me anymore. Take off the fucking collar. Now,” I yell, gaining the attention of those near us. And I don’t give a shit. I’m sick and tired of thesegames.
