His brother Commando agreed.“Stop moving Train, you’re bleeding again.”

Train laid back in the bed and shouted out her name, “Gina!”He strained against the men holding him down but he didn’t fight nearly as hard as before.

Grizzly got a new text and he read it.He looked up at Gunner then he turned to Train and stepped forward. He pushed the phone into Train’s view.“Look, the guys we sent found them. They are bringing them all back here.”

Train glared at him then he dragged his gaze to the phone Grizzly held out in front of him.He saw a man he didn’t know leading Gina out of a house. She was safe. Then behind her stood Sarah and she was having an absolute fit while struggling against another man.A third guy stood there holding a gun on Lester, who was smart for once by standing still but the look on his face was nothing but hostile.

Train settled down and stopped fighting. He turned his head to glare at his father.“I hope to hell you’re bringing them here.I got a few words to say to that bitch.”

King relaxed and nodded.“Oh yeah, Jett and Boone will bring them back here.”

Grizzly smiled.“Yeah, the guys will bring them back here. That’s my buddy Jason. He was in the area and he said he’d meet them there.”

Train relaxed even more as he looked over at Gabby, then at his father.“What the hell happened? How did those fucking losers get that close?”

King grunted.“They sent in a dozen men hoping to spring the family in the cell area.So while the guys were busy guarding our prisoners, Sarah broke a window over there and got in through it.”

Commando nodded as he took up the story, “They clubbed you and dragged Gina out of bed. Then on their way out, Sarah turned to shoot you to make Gina cooperate.”He shrugged.“For all she knows, you were dead while bleeding out on the floor.”

Train growled.“They keep trying, don’t they? But I ain’t dead yet.I survived eighteen years behind bars in a hell most will never know. So, I’m not about to let a greedy bitch from hell end me.”

Gabby smiled and wiped her tears away.“Well damn, the mystery is solved.I finally know where I get my stubbornness from.”

The whole room seemed to pause then one by one everyone chuckled.

Stitches nodded.“Yeah girl, you might have gotten it from your dad but he got it from his dad, it’s sort of a family tradition.”

King looked over at Stitches.“The hell you say...’

Everyone laughed.

Commando shook his head.“Family tradition?Nope, that’s not true.Look at me...Not true.”

Looking over at him they all laughed loudly.

A couple of hours later...

Two vehicles stopped at the front gate.

Rocket rushed over and opened the gates from inside.

King, Gunner and Grizzly stepped out as the vehicles drove to a stop at the front doors.

Jett stepped out first and immediately hustled around to open the passenger door.He assisted Gina out of the car, then he carried her to the steps leading to the front porch of the clubhouse.

Stitches had joined them.He hustled them inside and down the hall, so he could examine her.

Gina appeared tired and she had a bruise on her cheek.Looking worried and scared, she wordlessly asked a question but she wasn’t sure if she wanted the answer.

Stitches noted the look on her face nodded.“Train is still alive. He busted a few of his stitches trying to get out of bed to look for you when he woke up but he’s still alive.”

Gina closed her eyes and laid her head against Jett’s chest.“Oh, thank God.I thought I lost him after everything went down.”

King shook his head.“Honey, he has you to live for.Just like Gabby did. They never gave up on getting you back.”

Gina just nodded as she did look tired.

Jett carried her into the Infirmary.
