He nods. “We’ll be waiting for you.”

SULLY
The memory of being gagged and tied up as the man in the mask ravaged my body sends bliss once again through every inch of me. That guilty pleasure of wanting to get spanked makes me now tremble with need. Every bruise was a precious gem over my skin, proof that I made him come. Would I feel the same if he were real? I wonder if leather harnesses are sexy.
“Hey, how did you know you were into men?” Brad asks me over the phone. We are on a video call.
“I can’t pinpoint a precise moment.” I tell him, rolling on my belly on the bed, to give my arms a break from holding my phone. “But watching your teammates practicing was never a hardship,” I confess, pushing my glasses up on my nose.
“There were a couple with perky butts,” Brad admits after a moment of pondering. It’s nice to talk like this with him. Why didn’t I do it sooner?
“So, where is Ezra taking you tonight?”
I can’t stifle my grin. I’m so excited. I’m going on my first date with my boyfriend. If the dorm wasn’t filled with students, I would scream.
When I told Brad about Ezra and me, and how we got together, he was at first angry about what happened to me because of Jacob, then felt guilty for being so far away when I needed him. Lastly, he was happy…for me. He trusts my judgment one hundred percent, so if I told him Ezra is good for me, he is.
“I don’t know yet. Some place to eat, I think.” I’ve never gone on a date before.
“You look nervous, man. Chill. The fact that the guy stalked you for months means he’s really into you.” Only Brad could give Ezra’s stalking a positive twist when most people would try to find me a room in a mental institution for dating him.
“You’re right.”
Ezra does seem completely taken by me. His piercing gaze…those eyes could devour a person. Could devour me. He jumps me every chance he gets, and the sex is out of this world. It’s as if he knows exactly what makes me tick. But it’s not only a physical relationship, he also takes care of me, listens to me, giving me the crudest answers. He’s always honest, so utterly shameless in his honesty. I like that more than anything about him. He doesn’t baby me, but treats me like an equal.
“So, tell me something about him. I’ve never seen the guy.” Brad sets his phone down, and the camera shows him changing his shirt. He’s brawnier than I remember.
I purse my lips in thought. How to describe him. “Ezra is dauntless, handsome, bold, bossy, possessive, very demanding, so damn…perfect.”
Again, I wonder if he’s more a dog than a wolf. He looks at me like a predator, but he acts sweet. His duality is exciting and intoxicating.
“You’re cooked, bro. I can see hearts dancing in your eyes.”
Am I? In love?
“Does he really look like another Uri? That’s weird, dude.” I snort at Brad’s words.
“He does, but with a different vibe. Like kind of Ash and Ren.” Does Brad remember Ren?
“Ash and Ren are only slightly similar.” It looks like he does. “I need to go now, some people are throwing a goodbye party for me.”
Can’t believe he’ll be here in three weeks.
“Already? Aren’t you popular!” Everywhere he goes, he connects with people.
“You know it. Call me tomorrow, want to hear the details from you, not Lori.” He chuckles while I roll my eyes. Lori is such a gossip bee.
We say our goodbyes and end the call.
I leave the bed and check my emails. The biology teacher confirmed to have received the school project I prepared with Ren. Today I took the last exam of this semester, so I can rest for a few days before starting all over again. I’m so looking forward to vet school.
I look out the window at the oak tree. How did Ezra watch me from there? I close the laptop and turn the chair around. While standing up, the hem of my sleeve gets caught on the desk corner, and I almost fall ass over tit. As I’m trying to find my balance and push myself up, I hear a knock, and then Rami appears on my bedroom threshold.
“Mr. Magoo, what are you up to?”
He pulls me up and squeezes me in his arms.
