“Six…but Loki and Luka are in two of them.”

“Good. I think the best thing to do is capture Panther…”

“Whoa, that asshole tried to kill us,” growled Smokey, doubtful that Glenn’s plan would work.

“Hear me out. We capture him and lock him up…that gives us time to find Kevin and get him and his parents to a safe location.”

“What about The Collector?” asked Smokey. “As soon as he finds out about Panther, he’ll just hire someone else…isn’t that what you just said?”

“I did. The difference is The Collector isn’t going to know. Once we have Panther, Riley can use his phone to keep in touch with The Collector, feeding him bullshitinformation. And just maybe, if we get lucky, Riley will be able to find out where the asshole is so we can take care of him.”

“Sounds good,” Ghost nodded. “Just one question…how do we find Panther? Because that’s the lynchpin of this whole plan.”

“Do you have Luka’s phone?” asked Glenn.

Pointing to a clear plastic bag sitting on the table in front of him, Ghost said, “In there.”

“Great. Riley can go through it to find Panther’s contact info. Then we let him know Smokey’s dead and Luka wants payment. We set a trap so when he shows up…”

“He’s mine,” Smokey growled.

Glenn nodded. “Not to kill…at least not yet. After he’s out of the way, we can start looking for Kevin. In the meantime, I’m going to have Riley find a safe house we can stash his parents in.”

Feeling his phone vibrate, Ghost slipped it out of his pocket, opening the message. After reading it, he looked up at Glenn. “That was Sawyer. He’s canceled our lesson today.”

“Did he give a reason?”

“Nope…just said it was a personal matter. What do you want me to do?”

Running a hand over his face in frustration, all Glenn wanted was to find his mate and claim him but it would have to wait. It was a choice that wasn’t making his tiger very happy. The only saving grace was Sawyer wasn’t in danger anymore; however, no matter how he justified it,waiting still sucked. “Can you ask him where he’s staying?”

“Hmm…yeah.” Ghost typed out a message, then pressing send, looked up at Glenn. “Done.”

“Whatdya say?” asked Smokey.

“I told him I wanted to drop off some surfing videos for him to watch.”

Raising his eyebrows, Glenn smirked. “I like it…oh, and Ghost? When you hear from him, I’ll be the one delivering them.”

Rolling his eyes, Ghost muttered, “Finding your mate has made you dumb.”

“Fuck off.” Turning to his computer, Glenn opened an email. “Riley will be landing in less than an hour at LAX. Ghost, you go get him. Smokey and I will be going through all of the information he has about Kevin.” Then, opening an attachment, he quickly read it before printing it out. “Smokey, you better have a look at this.”

“What did he find?” Ghost asked before leaving.

Giving Ghost a quick glance, Glenn then turned to Smokey. “Before I left New York, Riley checked all of the missing persons’ reports on file with the High Council. They are organized by the type of the paranormal so he specifically searched for rare shifters since that’s what The Collector goes after. He sent the results…one of them he highlighted because he thought someone was pranking someone in that office.”

“Which one did he mark?” Smokey asked.

“Riley tagged the missing person report for one Kevin Pilip. The person who filed the report said Kevin was a one-of-a-kind horse shifter.”

“That’s fucking impossible!” Smokey exploded. “I’m telling you…no one knows other than his parents and me!”

“That’s one way to describe a unicorn,” Ghost muttered.

Lifting his head and staring at Glenn, Smokey said, “I swear…no one knew!Kevin was always so careful…unless he was one hundred percent sure, he’d never shift.”

“Who made the report?” asked Ghost.
