“Youare.” He hissed, grabbing my jaw and turning it towards him. He looked pissed. A fire burned in his eyes that I hadn’tseen since he stabbed someone for touching me. I should be worried, but I wasn’t.

My cock was twitching.

Traitor.

“I just want you to want me as much as you do her.” I whispered.

“My songbird, I do. Don't ever worry that pretty head of yours about how much I want you. I would kill for you, Mal.” He leaned over me, still holding my chin. “Once she's with us, it'll be just like old times.” His voice was velvet in my ears.

“If you meant that then you'd be trying harder to get her with us.”

“I am.”

“You're not!” I snapped, kicking my leg out in frustration and rattled the cuffs again. “She doesn't even know it was me last night. She has no idea who I am. I'm ready to go to my manager and you're having dinneralone.”

“We're having dinner here.” Ethan said with a small smirk.

“I don't care where the fuck you're—here?” I blinked and swallowed thickly. What did he mean here? Did I have to leave?

“Yes.” He pecked my lips. “I was a dick to think I could fuck you then leave you. You're right. While you've been in time out, I asked her to come here instead.” There was a smirk in his voice and I wanted to kick him.

It was onlyafterI'd crashed out on him, but it was still something. He'd thought of a way for us to be together tonight at least. “Are you telling her about last night?”

He sighed and hung his head, soft hair curtaining his eyes. “Against better judgement. Will you behave?” His head lifted to look at me, that look still in them, as if daring me to refuse him.

“Behave is relative.” I said, licking my lips and wagging my brows. I was still hurt and pissed at Ethan. I'd been in love with him since before he'd ever looked my way though. Back when hewas dating my sister. He was back in my life and while he went about it in a shitty way, he was trying.Kinda.

He huffed out a breath. “I swear to fuck,Malcolm.”

“I'm staying.” I chuckled softly. “If that's what you mean. I'll stay and see how dinner goes.”

It felt like every fiber of Ethan’s body relaxed at my words. His eyes got softer and his shoulders dropped. “That's all I ask.”

“I wanna see Blake.” I shrugged. “Uncuff me, E?”

His eyes locked on mine and twinkled with mischief. “Not just yet.” Ethan started backing away.

“The fuck does that mean!?” I snapped, watching him retreat, eyes going wide. “Come back here, Ethan. Hey!”

Chapter fifteen

Blake

Should I have been put off by Ethan changing dinner plansagain? Probably, but this way I got to see his place and could leave if I felt uncomfortable. Not that I thought I would. Ethan and Malvor had fucked me silly so there was no weird pressure to preform or what if he made a move. Nothing.

I was excited when he'd texted that Malcolm would be there too, and he asked if it was okay. It so was. Not just because Malcolm was hot as fuck, but I wasn’t an idiot.

I'd been following Malvor foryears. I knew his tattoos to a T. Not just that, but I'd heard his voice in my ear, not singing vocals but actual voice. Plus both went by Mal, duh. Not to mention the throat tattoo. Okay, yes. It was true that he hid it with makeup during his performances but, he'd sent me pictures when we were IMing that had the tattoo. I had categorized it to memory.

I would play along until they told me. I understood why they kept me in the dark and could wait to be told when they were ready.

Fuck, life was good.

I walked up to the huge house in a swanky neighborhood and knocked. I had to have the wrong address, right? Was this where Ethan lived?

Moments later, Ethan opened up the door, still dressed as delicious as before with his sleeves rolled up, but his hair was a mess. He leaned in the doorway, looking me over. “I'm so glad you came, Rosebud. Sorry about changing plans.”

“I don't mind. As long as we're still getting Thai.” I narrowed my eyes.
