Axel gave him an under-eyed look. “It involves Devon and Rory for what they did to Rebel. They got to pay. I don’t think I got to say more.” With one last glance, he slid from beside Kaia and went to his bed, grabbed his phone and dialed.
Whatever the Triplets had planned for their cousins, Kaia decided they more than deserved.
“Hey,” Meggie greeted ninety minutes later.
“Hey, baby.”
She drank in the sight of her husband, sitting up in their bed, his muscled chest giving way to a flat abdomen. “I miss you.”
“I miss you, too. So fuckin’ much.”
“I’ll be home Wednesday.”
He nodded. “I thought you wouldn’t call me.”
“I almost didn’t. It’s after two. Usually, we’re in bed, cuddled up.”
Christopher’s face filled the screen, and he squinted. “I know I’m on my fuckin’ phone, but ain’t nothin’ wrong with my vision. You’re dressed.” Only his green eyes appeared. Obviously,he brought the phone as close as possible. “With a jacket and everything. And why the fuck your hair’s wet? And you got make-up on?”
Annoyance had replaced the longing in his voice.
“It’s for you.”
His eyebrows lifted, and he allowed his body to come into the frame again. “For me?”
She nodded. “Can you get your tablet, so you’ll have a bigger screen?”
Realization dawned on him and he smirked. “You doin’ a strip tease for me?”
“Only if you want it, my love.”
“Fuck yeah, baby.”
“Get your tablet,” she ordered. “I’ll call you back in five minutes.”
He shoved the covers aside, revealing his nudity and his glorious cock. She licked her lips.
“Wicked lil’ bitch.”
“Big bad biker.”
“Five minutes,” he told her, and disconnected the call.
One reason Meggie’s hair was damp was because it would’ve taken forever to blow dry it. But her face was made up, her lips were painted red, and her hooker heels were on. Underneath the layers of clothes she wore was the special surprise she had for Christopher.
Meggie set her tablet up, then found the playlist she’d hastily made on her phone. Twodevices made it easier. She hadn’t been able to decide on one song, so she chose several.
She’d start off withLeave Your Hat On. Over the years, she found the beat the easiest to remove her clothes to. The others wereSalt Shaker, Get It Sexyy, Closer, andCash Shit.If she timed it right, she wore enough clothes to last all six songs, meaning she’d end onEarned It.She had a much bigger list of favorite songs to strip to, but for tonight she narrowed it down.
Though she was sure only four minutes had passed when Christopher called, she answered immediately. He was sitting on the sofa, smoking a cigarette, and too sexy for words.
“What do you want first?” she asked. “Conversation or dancing.”
He took a slow drag on his cigarette and released the smoke, a half-smile curving his lips. “I want whatever you willin’ to give.”
She cocked her head to the side and pretended to think. “You know what?”
“What?”
