I glance at him, heart skipping a beat.Shit. Keep it calm. Keep it casual.“Yeah, sure. Do you have something for me to sign?” I pat my pockets. “I don’t have anything on me.”

He pulls out a notepad and a pen from a pocket in his coat and hands them both to me. “I really appreciate it. My grandson, Michael, is a fan. He won’t believe it when I tell him I had you in my carriage tonight.”

I take the notepad and lean slightly away from her, keeping my head low. Scribbling quickly, I sign my name and add a little note to Michael.

She leans over to watch, curiosity written all over her face. “What’s this about?” she asks softly, tilting her head.

I slide the notepad back to Frank without looking at her. “Just a little fan moment,” I murmur, keeping my tone casual, almost teasing, letting the mystery hang.

Frank smiles wide, eyes sparkling behind his glasses. “Thank you, Mr. Pitz. Michael will be thrilled.”

I nod with a smirk, then shake Frank’s hand. “No problem.”

Her lips twitch with a smile, but she doesn’t press. I drape my arm around her shoulders, feeling her warmth against me, her subtle shiver under my touch.

She looks up and smiles. “Come on, Blitzen. I’m cold and ready for you to warm me up.” She shakes off my arm and takes my hand in hers, and we walk into The Plaza.

Liam

As soon as we get into the elevator to go up to my floor, I put my hands on her hips and gently push her to the wall. “I can’t wait to get my hands on you.” I probably sound desperate, but I am, so I don’t give a fuck.

“Me too. I can’t wait to see what’s under this coat.” She grabs the lapel of my jacket and tugs.

I bend down and kiss her, slow and deep.

The elevator doors open, and she breaks the kiss and looks to the exit. “This is us?”

I look at the room numbers on the elevator sign and nod. “Yep, this is us.”

She doesn’t wait for me. She just walks out and then stops and spins around to face me. “What’s your room number?”

“Twelve fifty-five.” I point to the left. “This way.”

She starts to walk down the hall toward my room, but I swoop in behind her and pick her up and carry her the rest of the way in my arms.

“What are you doing?” She laughs.

“I can’t wait. I want you in my room as soon as possible.” I move quickly down the hallway.

She leans in and starts kissing and sucking on my neck, making me groan.

When I get to my door, I set her on the ground, and I pull out my key card and tap it. Once it clicks, I push it open and hold the door for her to enter.

As soon as the door closes, I’m on her. I step up behind her and move her hair to the side, dropping kisses on her neck and up to the soft spot behind her ear while we walk toward the bed. “You smell so good. Like fresh roses.”

She turns in my arms when we get to the bed. She pulls off her gloves one by one as I start to unbutton my coat. I lay it on one of the chairs at the foot of the bed and take her gloves from her hand and set them with my coat. I reach for the buttons on her coat, and we lock eyes.

Her smile is wicked when she reaches for my suit jacket. I’m unbuttoning her coat while she unbuttons my jacket and pushes it off my shoulders. When I get to her bottom button, she wiggles her arms free and drops her coat on the floor.

She kept her coat on, even in the restaurant, and now I know why. The top of her outfit is sleeveless and hugs her tits just right, then curves down her body. The pants flare at her ankles. I never knew pants could be so sexy. And it’s all red. Like the color of her lipstick.

I make quick work of my shirt and tie, and then I kick off my shoes.

She takes a seat in one of the chairs to remove her shoes, but I kneel in front of her. “Let me.”
