Colin slid his tongue over Joshua’s lips, then slowly slipped between them, their tongues mating in a wet, feathery glide that drew whimpering moans from both of them.

“God, Colin,” Joshua gasped, his fingernails scraping down his husband’s back. He gripped Colin’s shoulders, moaning as Colin’s kisses set his body on fire, melting his bones with a desire he felt could never be fully assuaged.

He scrabbled on the bedside table for the tube of lubricant, which he shoved into Colin's hand. “Now!” he demanded, pushing Colin gently back so that he could roll onto his stomach, then moaning again as Colin's lips began a slow, languorous slide down his spine, his warm breath flowing over Joshua’s skin, firing off pleasurable nerve endings he hadn’t known were there. "Mmmm, Colin!” he moaned again. “God, baby. So good!”

"Turn over," Colin whispered, nudging his hip. "I want to see your eyes."

Joshua turned to his back, then gasped again as Colin’s skillful, lube-slicked fingers entered his body and moved in and out in a blood-slow rhythm echoed in the labored tempo of Joshua’s breathing. "Please, baby," Joshua begged, clutching the sheets with white-knuckled fingers. "Enough! Do it,now!”

Colin gave a choked cry and leaned over Joshua's body, pressing his hardness to the small, puckered opening. "Slow, baby," he choked out, moving inch by inch, easing himself into Joshua's body, biting his lip against the surge of desire that ripped through him like a roaring wildfire. "Christ, Josh!" he moaned as they slowly came together, melting into him, losing himself entirely in the bliss of their joining.

He rotated his hips in a slow, grinding motion, losing himself in pleasure as Joshua writhed beneath him, then rocked inside him over and over again, his thrusts becoming more forceful as the ache of his desire grew.

“Oh god, Colin!” Joshua moaned. “Hurry! Don’t stop! Ohh, god!”

Whimpering, Colin grasped Joshua's cock and stroked it in a short, lightning-fast motion, and in seconds, they were both writhing against each other, all control lost as they claimed each other's bodies until finally, Joshua cried out, his body spasming as he came over Colin's fist. Seconds later, Colin joined him in bliss as jolts of white-hot pleasure surged through his body.

For several minutes, neither of them moved. They lay listening to their harsh, uneven breathing, trembling all over from the force of their climax and the frantic pace of their love-making.

Finally, Colin fell to his back, still struggling to catch his breath. “Jesus, Josh! That was fantastic!”

“Iknow,” Joshua gasped between panted breaths. “My god, you sure made up for lost time.”

Colin gave a soft laugh and then leaned over Joshua on one elbow. "My god, is it possible we're gettingbetterat this?"

"Who would have believed it?" Joshua asked him. He poked Colin’s ribs. “Just when I think you’ve hit your peak, you go and surprise me.”

Colin bent and kissed his swollen lips. "Thank you," he whispered. "Christ, baby, that was amazing.”

"Back at ya," Joshua said. He pulled Colin close for another kiss and then drew his head to his shoulder. He sighed contentedly as Colin nestled against him. “NowI’m ready to make breakfast,” he murmured.

“You’re not cooking this morning, my love,” Colin told him, then lifted his head and kissed him tenderly. “Today, we’re going to MarieBette’s, and then we’re going to drive around Charlottesville. Say ‘hello’ to our own Killarney.”

“Wow. Eating at the best breakfast place in Charlottesville!”

“Who deserves itmore?”

After breakfast, they drove to Riverview Park and strolled the paths that lined the banks of their beloved Rivanna River. Then Colin drove them to a spot just outside Charlottesville called Humpback Rocks, one of the most spectacular views in Virginia. As they stood, gazing out at the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains, Joshua nudged his arm and pointed. “Well, it’s not Ireland…”

“… but it’s not bad,” Colin finished for him, hugging him against his side. They stayed for over an hour, talking about their Ireland trip, the family they’d left behind there, and the two good friends who were part of their journey both in Ireland and in life.

“We should invite them over for dinner,” Joshua said.

“You’re right, and we will.” He looked up into Joshua’s eyes, leaned close, and smiled. “Butnottonight.”

Returning to the house, they halted just inside the door and gazed around them. Suitcases were strewn on either side of the door, and their couch was piled high with carry-on luggage and jackets, neck pillows, magazines, and brown paper bags containing leftover snacks.

“Oh, fuck me!” Colin muttered.

“Right,” Joshua grumbled, grabbing one of the suitcases. “We’re not homeyet.”

They spent the rest of the afternoon unpacking and washing clothes. Finally, they sat on the couch together, folding clothes and stacking everything in piles to be taken upstairs and put away.

“Is thisyours?” Colin asked, holding up a white sweat sock.

“Yeah,” Joshua teased, shooting him a sideways glance. “And it’s my veryfavoritewhite sweat sock, so don’t go trying to sneak it onto your pile.”
