But as Seth’s gentle hand stroked her hair, as she felt his quietly loud presence crowding beside her, Heavenly blinked up at him.

She wasn’t done with her men yet. Seth needed her, and she needed to feel him as deep as possible.

“Do you want me to start a shower for you two?” Seth rose from the bed and reached for his pants.

“Not yet.” She planted a kiss on Beck’s cheek before whispering in his ear, “I need to connect with Seth, too. Bring him back to us.”

Beck darted a glance at Seth. Surely he saw how tightly strung Seth was?

“Do it,” Beck murmured for her ears only.

With a lingering smile, she scrambled off the bed, pussy throbbing and thighs slick with Beck’s come, and sank to her knees. “Sir?”

Seth froze, a confused furrow forming between his brows. “What are you?—”

“You hurt, too. I saw and felt it at the house.”

His face slightly crumpled but he slammed a mask of control in place so fast it made her chest ache.

“No. I won’t let you hide your feelings from me…from us. Not anymore.”

“Angel—”

“I see you, Seth. I see your pain. I didn’t understand before, and I’ll forever hate that I gave you an ultimatum. I know now the emotional price you’ve paid. It was undeniable when we walked through that house on Thursday.”

“Heavenly…” He tucked a stray curl behind her ear. “Angel, you don’t have to?—”

“I need to. And I think you need me. Please.” She gripped his thighs, feeling the tension coiled in his muscles. “I understand now how scared you’ve been to start another family. Beck does, too. And now we get why. But you’re not alone this time. We’ll make sure you never are again. When bad memories resurface and try to drag you under, lean on us. We’ll carry you. You don’t need to be afraid anymore. We’re right here beside you. We always will be.”

Something fierce and desperate flashed across his face. His hands trembled as they cupped her cheeks, tilting her face up to his. “Angel… I wish it was that simple. What you’re asking is…”

“Incredibly difficult. And terrifying, I know. I do.” Heavenly tightened her grip on him and willed him to understand. “I’m asking you to choose us. To choose love and family and future. If we’re blessed with a baby, all three of us will love and protect him or her forever.”

Seth stared at her, jaw clenched, his shaking fingers wiped away tears she hadn’t realized were falling. He swallowed as if he was struggling to put the barrage of his emotions into words.

“Please…” she sobbed. “Our family won’t be complete without you.”

“She’s right,” Beck whispered.

“Please believe in us, in our future,” she begged as she rose slowly to her feet, kissing her way up his body. “Please try.”

Seth froze. His nostrils flared. His breaths turned rough.

And his control suddenly snapped.

He pulled her against his body and crushed his mouth over hers in a ruthless kiss that tasted of desperation, hope, and a need so potent it nearly drowned her. His lips claimed her. His tongue swept deep, devouring her as if she were his last meal as he hauled her against his rigid cock with a groan.

Yes. God, yes.

Suddenly, he tore his lips from hers, then scowled Beck’s way. “I was giving this month to you.”

“I know, and I appreciate it. But the three of us, this future we’re creating…it’s more important than whatever you think you need to atone for.”

“Seth?” Heavenly held her breath. “Please.”

At her soft plea, Seth spun back to her, his eyes blazing with something wild, untamed, and breathtakingly intense.

“On the bed. On your back. I want to see your face while I take you and make you shatter for me.”
