“If it’s okay, now that I’ve taken a bite of this, it turns out I like it. Is it okay if I stay?”

Atlas’ features fell. Should I not want to stay? It took me a second to process he was disappointed.

“Sounds good to me,” Phoenix said and the pride in his voice cued me in that he liked me choosing him over Atlas. Did he want to make him jealous?

Interesting.

What was even more interesting was that after my initial surprise at hands encircling my waist, I liked being touched by both men at once—in real life, not just a dream.

“You sure?” Atlas asked, not having withdrawn his hands yet.

“I definitely want to stay.”

“So you can back up now, Atlas,” Phoenix grumbled.

He pulled his hands away, and I immediately missed his touch. I missed basically being sandwiched between the two of them. That was crazy—two people very much inside my personal bubble, but it was apparently the right two people.

It made me wonder if I could actually handle three men like in my dream. But would they be willing to share? They got so grouchy with each other.

Studying Atlas for a moment while he helped a group of Littles get lemonade, I got lost in the thought.

“You want a drink?” He extended a cup to me.

“No, thank you.” I wasn’t sure how I would drink in this position anyway. How many positions were there that you could have an orgasm but not drink lemonade?

While he gulped the liquid and got rid of the cup, I promised myself not to sneak any orgasms in, but I had an idea.

“Since I’ve never done a piggyback ride before, is it possible my arms will get tired?” I directed my question to Atlas.

“Maybe?”

“Do you think you could help hold me like how your hands were around me a minute ago?”

“I won’t let you fall,” Phoenix made the statement perfectly clear, complete with undertones for Atlas to keep his distance.

Atlas slid his hands around me and prompted Phoenix to move his hand out from where he’d again slid it under my bottom. “Like this?”

I opened my mouth to answer, but nothing came out. I nodded instead and was thankful when the whoosh of the bonfire igniting consumed everyone’s attention.

We all watched for a moment, lost in the flames before Everest returned and asked, “What do you do with those books where you fold the pages? Do you sell them?”

It was just conversation but I liked that all four of us were together.

“I just make them for fun and as gifts.”

“Have you ever considered selling them?”

“As a business? No. I don’t know anything about running a business. But I am looking for a new job.”

A loud scream from near the bonfire stack grabbed my attention. A guy had a girl by the arm. “What did Daddy tell you about going near the fire?”

The world swayed a little as I watched her give him her biggest puppy dog eyes. But it wasn’t her eyes that did it. He’d called himself her Daddy. He was protecting her. He was making sure the world was safe for her.

“Answer me.” The sternness of his voice made me swoon.

Everest and Phoenix started talking about the viability of selling bookgami, but my mind had tuned them out.

“You said I’d get a spanking, Daddy.”
