The actor is set to lead Clint Caruso’s latest action film alongside MMA fighter Riley Joseph and newcomer Lindsey Mitchell

A boost of serotonin for fans of Colton Scott who live in Albuquerque this week, as the actor temporarily moves to town to film scenes from the new Clint Caruso flick Mojave, which will see Scott’s character Eddie Silver fight his way through the desert after a deal gone wrong with a ruthless gang leader.
While much of the movie will be filmed in the actualMojavein southern California, New Mexico’s largest city also plays a big part.
Avid fans have been quick to catch on, spotting the actor around the city, but the dramatic change in his appearance has eluded many. Out for a casual drink in town sporting a blue tank and red baseball cap, Scott was spotted with matted, shoulder-length locks and unruly facial hair—not the usual, clean-cut look we’re used to seeing for theFact of the Matterstar. But while the guise may seem strange for fans, it sounds consistent for the role of a man who finds himself left for dead in one of the unkindest terrains in the United States.
This is Scott’s second time being directed by Clint Caruso following the success ofDoomsdayin 2015. MMA fighter Riley Joseph and newcomer Lindsey Mitchell will also star in the film.

21-Year-Old New Mexico Woman Missing: Penelope Lopez Last Seen Leaving her Albuquerque Home

A loving daughter, friend, and sister, Penelope Lopez has been missing for four days.
Penelope’s roommate, Julia Getner, was the last person to see the University of New Mexico student on March 24, 2017. Getner says she exchanged a brief greeting with her roommate, who said she was “going out for drinks,” before she went inside to change for her night shift at the local diner.
Diana Lopez, Penelope’s sister, confirmed Getner’s claim, stating that her sister had texted her that night before she went out. It was the last she heard from her.
“She wouldn’t tell me who she was meeting, but she seemed excited. I told her to be careful and text me when she was home, but she never did. I pray she didn’t arrange to meet up with some psycho she met on Tinder.”
After making several attempts to contact Penelope, Diana contacted the Albuquerque police, who are currently looking into the matter.
Penelope is 5’7”, of slim build, with tan skin, brown eyes, and long blonde hair. Not naming names since I haven’t seen any evidence, but a popular A-lister, most famous for his action roles, allegedly took things too far in the bedroom with an aspiring (unknown) singer. Promised to help her with her career, but instead she claims he r*ped her. When she threatened to go to the police, his team of lawyers shut her up. Guy comes from money, family members in politics, so they were able to ‘make it go away’. For now at least. Source also says it’s not the first time something like this has happened either.

Three Months Before the Murder
Yawning, I scrolled through Instagram as I waited for the interview to begin. I should’ve been excited to be in Paris, but it was five in the morning and I was jetlagged as hell. Not that I could remember the last time I had a decent night’s sleep.
From my feed I could see Sam was celebrating his wife’s birthday in LA, Kamryn Hart was recording a new music video, and Colton… well, I didn’t follow him anymore. The thought made me feel weak and powerful at the same time. Weak that I still thought of him, but powerful that I’d managed to stay away for so long. I hadn’t seen or spoken to him in months and felt like I was finally moving on. Not that I forgot about what happened. No, that’s what truly kept me up at night, even after all this time. I had good and bad days, but I really felt like I finally had a handle on things. In the past two weeks, I hadn’t missed one work function, recording session, or event. Charlie was still annoyed at me, I knew that, but Sam seemed pleased. He could tell I was trying. And I was. I was going to fix it. I was good now.
