Reports confirm singer is being investigated for the murder of ex-boyfriend Colton Scott and mystery woman Jade Dutton

After her arrest yesterday, details have finally emerged of Harlow Hayes’ alleged crimes. Official reports now confirm that the singer-songwriter is suspected of two counts of homicide in the death of ex-boyfriend actor Colton Scott and a woman named Jade Dutton.
Following the arraignment, a representative for the prosecution confirmed Scott was found unresponsive at his home in New York City last week. His family has not commented on the matter as of yet, but members of the Scott family were seen leaving the courthouse.
No details on the connection between either Hayes and Dutton or Scott and Dutton have been revealed; however, it’s important to note that Dutton was found dead in October 2021, nearly three years ago.
Harlow Hayes was arrested in Nashville on Tuesday before being moved to New York by authorities, where she was arraigned by a judge this afternoon in a private hearing, as part of a very speedy interstate judicial process. Hayes pleaded Not Guilty to the allegations and bail was set at one million dollars, under the condition Ms. Hayes surrenders her passport and remains under house arrest at her Manhattan residence.
Another hearing is expected to take place in the next one to two weeks, in which evidence against the singer will be presented to a judge before a preliminary hearing date is scheduled.
In a statement to the press, Hayes’ attorney Rudy Lodge said, “Ms. Hayes has been completely cooperative with law enforcement and we look forward to clearing her name on this matter as soon as possible. My client asks for privacy at this time.”

In an attempt to drown out the negative news, Harlow fans are trying to get #FreeHarlow to trend alongside videos of her that “prove she’s an incredible person and not what they say.” These feature acts of kindness, like Harlow granting wishes with the Make a Wish Foundation, donating large sums of money to animal shelters, or doing meet-and-greets with fans, comforting them as they cry tears of joy.
