“Dip one finger inside that pretty pussy for me, baby, but imagine it's me filling you up.”
“Zander…fuck,” she sighed.
My head fell back on the couch at her sounds, and somehow I got even harder. If this was euphoria, I didn’t think I’d survive when I finally got my hands on her. “Do you have a toy, baby?” I groaned.
“Y-yes. I have a vibrator.”
“Get it.”
“It’s okay, I don’t want to stop.”
Annoyance flared in my chest. “Goddammit, get it now.”
A small whimper came from her end of the line followed by rustling as she jostled around to do as I said. After a few moments, her breathless tone washed over me.
“I have it.”
“I’m tired of playing with you. Turn it on or not, but I want you to ram it hard and deep in that soaked pussy just like I would do with my cock if I were there right now.”
Silence stretched across the line. “Do it. Now,” I growled. In seconds her moans filled the line again and I ground my teeth together, pumping my cock faster. Our breaths and pants filled the call as we worked ourselves in tandem, a sinful melody of desire.
“Do you want to come, baby?” I asked, my breathing labored. “Tell me how bad you need it.”
“I need to come so badly, Zander, please,” she begged.
“Goddamn baby. Hearing you ask so nicely is so fucking good. Do it. Rub your aching clit and come for me.”
Raven released a loud moan, and within seconds she lost it. This woman did not hold back. She was the loudest I’d ever heard, and we weren’t even in the same room. “Fuuuck,” I groaned as my release hit me with the force of a hurricane.Cum coated my hand and thighs while she was still riding her orgasm on the other end of the line.
“Ryan!” she yelled, louder still.
My heart stopped, and I suddenly wished I could melt through the couch and into the floor.
After a few moments she whispered, “Oh, my god.” Her voice grew louder and rushed. “Um, yeah, right, thank you. I’ll just be going now. Bye.” The line went dead.
“Oh, fuck.”
She knew.Fuck, she knew. I watched the coffee drip into my cup from the single serve machine the next morning. I figured she knew, but it was confirmed after she said my real name in the middle of her orgasm. When she hung up the phone immediately, I sat dumbfounded on the couch for longer than I’d like to admit. Just sat there in my mess, staring at the wall and wondering what the hell to do next.
Once I looked down and saw myself still coated in jizz, I snapped out of it and showered. If I hadn’t finished work already there would have been no hope of finishing it last night. Unfortunately for me, that also meant I didn’t have anything to distract my rampant thoughts since Craig hadn’t sent the next job over yet. It had been relatively early and being the night owl I was, sleep was nowhere in sight.
I didn’t text her. I thought it would be better to distance myself. Plus, I didn’t know what to say anyway. I tried to play video games sans streaming but couldn’t stay alive for shit. I even downloaded a new e-book on my phone after finishing the other with no luck. It was probably for the best, since any romance was going to make me think about Raven.
Finally, at two a.m. I went to bed and stared at the ceiling.Practicing meditation like my therapist had taught me, I actually fell asleep quicker than I thought I would.
And then, awake once again, I had nothing to do except think about the issue at hand.
Everything brought my confidence issues from my fucked-up childhood back to the surface. With people or things I didn’t care about, I didn’t have any problems. With Raven, I did care for some reason, and Zander was a way for me to be confident with her.
She was perfect. I knew so little about her in the grand scheme of things, but I knew she was perfect. Strong, and the most gorgeous woman I’d ever seen, but the most compelling thing about her was there would be no bullshit with her. Raven was the kind of woman who took exactly what she wanted out of life, and even if she didn’t want me, I wanted her.
With renewed determination, I pushed my anxiety down into the pits of hell as I sat at my desk. Twelve hours had been enough to stew in my worry. Raven had already made the connection and continued to text me. If she wanted to end whatever this was, I’d just have to win her over. That thought twisted a knife of dread in my gut.
Picking up my phone, I scrolled through my text message conversations and tapped on ‘Dad’. Seeing his name on my screen sent a wave of unease through me. At least I wouldn’t have to talk to him again. Next time I needed something I would figure it out on my own.
Tapping on the contact he sent me, I hit the call button. The line rang three times before an older gruff voice answered. “Rick.”
I fidgeted with the cord that led to my wireless phone charger. “Hey, Rick. This is Ryan, Steve Mitchell’s son. He gave me your number.”
