Tonight was absolutely perfect.

BLAKE
Iplop down into my seat at the front of the plane with a disappointed sigh.
“What is it?” Liam asks as he takes my hand in his from his seat beside me.
“That bathroom was really tiny, there’s no way we’d both fit in there, let alone be able to get each other off.”
He lets out a surprised laugh before shifting to a quieter tone. “Was, what, six orgasms this weekend not enough? Aren’t you sore?”
I shift in my seat. My ass is a little sore, but I’m definitely not complaining. “Well, they weren’t all anal. I think we could have gotten one more.”
“Maybe we can beat six times on the honeymoon then,” he suggests, and I perk up again.
“Hell yeah.”
He squeezes my hand. “Plus, we had a great time withall our friends, and that’s what this weekend was actually about.”
So true. That reminds me, we were in kind of a rush this morning to get to the airport, everyone seemed hungover and tired from the weekend, so I never got updates from my friends about their evenings.
I spin in my seat so I’m facing out toward the aisle. Jace and Kieran are across from us. “So, what did everyone get up to last night?” I ask loudly enough for everyone to hear, but I direct the question first at Kieran and Jace. “Where’d you two disappear to after the slots?”
They exchange a look before Kieran shrugs. “Just our room. You know us boring married people. No fun at all.”
Chad chokes on his water in front of them, but waves Ash off quickly when he tries to help. I’m surprised Chad and John didn’t end up sitting next to each other now that I think about it; they hung out a lot this weekend. I’d bet John needed a break and finally set some boundaries with Chad.
I did notice that Ash was in a great mood this morning, unlike Chad and John who must be really hungover with how quiet they’ve both been, so Ash didn’t even protest when John insisted on this seating arrangement.
“So being married is what makes you so boring?” Liam teases over me.
“You’ll find out soon enough,” Jace reminds him with a smirk. “But we did eventually make it over to that New York hotel with the roller coaster and met up with my uncles, so that was awesome.”
“Oh, fun! I’m so glad we ran into them before theflight and they agreed to come to our wedding. I love those guys. What about you, Ash? How was your night?” I ask. “You seem pretty happy, did you win anything?”
He lets out a wistful sigh. “It was amazing. I went to a strip club.”
I’m sure my shock is obvious with how wide my eyes feel. Ash is always so buttoned up, I was not expecting that answer. “Seriously? That’s awesome, man. Have you ever been to one before?”
He smirks. “No. It was, uh… male strippers, too.”
My jaw drops open. “Holy shiiiit. Good for you!”
He snorts a laugh, still smiling. “Yeah, it was just what I needed. Best weekend ever. Thanks for inviting me. I had a lot of fun.”
“Of course, great to see you letting loose, Ash.” I say. “What about you, Chad?”
He spins, gaze darting to John across the aisle before landing on me, looking shocked by my question. “Me?”
“Yeah, you and John were leaving the casino last I saw, did you do anything as exciting as the male strip club?”
“No.” John grunts from in front of us. “We went to a lot of stupidly themed bars where Chad insisted on doing shots over and over.”
“Pretty hungover?” I guess, even though that’s been obvious from the moment they emerged from their room this morning. They barely spoke, and for Chad, that’s very out of character.
“Yup,” John confirms, putting headphones on. I guess he’s done talking. That’s fine, this weekend has been soamazing spending time with everyone, but I know it was pretty far out of his comfort zone, and I really appreciate him being here for Liam.
