“Yeah, I—Who’s on the phone?” she asks when she twists around, seeing me holding her phone.

“Nine-one-one.”

Her eyes, which were hooded with foggy languor, widen so much I can see the whole iris. “What?! Hang up right now, Lex.”

“Are you sure? You passed out.”

“Because I came so fucking hard, I saw God! Hang up!”

“But you—”

“Alexander!”

“Uh, sorry, false alarm,” I say into the phone before hanging up.

We’re both silent for a moment, and in hindsight, I realize I probably shouldn’t have reacted the way I did. But she was so unresponsive, I didn’t know what else to do. I’d never forgive myself if anything happened to her, so better safe than sorry.

“Did you seriously call nine-one-one?”

“You were completely out, Andrea. I was worried sick.”

“Because you gave me the best orgasm of my life,” she argues, grinning broadly. Her giggle reassures me, realizing she is, indeed, perfectly fine. “And you’re still inside me,” she says through her laughter.

“You were limp. I had other preoccupations,” I justify myself.

“God, you’re ridiculous.” She twists around, and I can’t help but cover her grin with my lips.

“Don’t ever pass out on me again,” I demand, taking her jaw into my free hand again.

“Well, I’m absolutely counting on you to make me come that hard in the future, so I can’t make promises,” she teases.

“We’re never doing that again. I thought I killed you.”

Somehow, imagining the utter panic I went through makes her laugh again. She grabs my hand and lowers it to her neck, making me feel her pulse. “Look, I’m alive and well. And for future reference, death by slex is the way I’d want to go.”

With a contented sigh, she lets her head fall back on my shoulder. “Shit, baby… It was so fucking good.”

“Speak for yourself.”

My gruff tone doesn’t fool her, and she reaches down to where we’re still joined and runs her fingers along the drenched seam between us. “Liar,” she calls out with a pout, bringing her cum-covered fingertips in front of us.

“I very much enjoyedthatpart,” I concede. “But not so much the aftermath of it.”

“Well, at least we gave the operator a fun story for their next break.”

It’s my turn to chuckle.

I push my face into the sweaty curls at the side of her neck, nuzzling the damp skin there. “Fuck, Andrea… I love you to the point of madness.”

“Evidently.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

“Lex, you just called nine-one-one because my anemic ass couldn’t handle your dick… See how mad that is?”

I laugh again. “God… A lifetime of you won’t be enough. Promise we’ll meet again if there’s a heaven, and if it’s reincarnation, we have to find each other in our next lives.”

“Sounds like a plan. You’re stuck with me for a millennium at the very least.”
