“I can’t help but to be.” With a flick of my fingers, an illusion of a massive spider skittered up Bram’s leg.
He screamed. “Get it off!”
Pandora pulled away to see what was happening. “What?”
Bram was full-on panic flailing as he swatted at the phantom creature, falling off the bed in the process.
Chaos manifested and lunged to attack, but I pulled the illusion before he made contact with it, so he crashed into the wall.
I collapsed in laughter, clutching my stomach. “Oh, Fates, sorry, sorry!”
“You fucking asshole!” Bram growled, still shaking out his pants as he got to his feet. “You know I hate spiders!”
“I couldn’t resist!”
“Really?” Pandora rolled her eyes, but her lips twitched with amusement.
Dex was laughing so hard he had to wipe his eyes. “For once, it’s not me.”
“Fuck you,” Bram muttered.
“Don’t worry. I won’t leave you out, Dex.” I grinned, then summoned another illusion—a scorpion this time, right at Dex’s feet.
He screamed and launched off the bed, jumping onto Bram’s back. “Kill it!”
Bram scowled at me, stumbling a few steps as he tried not to fall. “Skel, I swear to?—”
“Kill the illusion,” Pandora scolded me.
I did so without hesitation.
“Sorry, princess.” I pouted, giving her a sincere look.
She shook her head, but I felt the flood of amusement through our bond. “Let’snotscare each other, okay?”
“Would you rather play truth or dare instead, then?” I asked, smirking at her.
“I’m so fucking in!” Dex shouted, jumping off Bram and back onto the bed.
“Me too!” Bram hopped back on the bed, and the three of us lounged around her in a circle.
“Princess goes first,” I said, biting my lip ring as I stared at her. “Truth or dare?”
She hesitated before saying, “Truth.”
My lips curled up into a smirk. “What’s your wildest fantasy?”
Her face turned red, and she nibbled on her bottom lip. “Fantasy as in…”
“Sexual fantasy,” I purred.
“Um, I guess having all of my mates at the same time,” she said in a shy tone that made my cock hard.
“We candefinitelymake sure that happens.” Dex sent a mischievous wink her way.
“Dex,” she said sharply, making him cackle. “Truth or dare.”
“Dare.” He leaned in close. “Dare me, trouble.”
