"What?" I croaked, attempting to push myself up, but failing because my entire body felt like I had no bones.

"They're glowing gold!" Kingston helped me get up, and cum began running down my thighs. "Let's get you cleaned up. There's a mirror in the bathroom."

If my heart still hadn't been thudding loudly, it would have been after hearing that my eyes were glowing from sex with them.

Somehow, I made it into the bathroom with Kingston's guidance and looked in the mirror. I cringed seeing the wildness of my hair, my reddened face from stubble and hard kisses, and the glowing eyes staring back at me.

Kingston dug in the cabinet under the sink and grabbed a rag before turning on the water. "Care to explain why your eyes are glowing like your hands do?"

Sullivan and Zayn had followed us, hoveringoutside the bathroom door. I sighed, knowing there wasn't a way in hell I was going to be able to make up a story about it being a fox thing. Especially with Kingston.

Kingston started to clean me, and I stared at myself in the mirror, eyes still lit up. I wasn't sure what it meant. "I'm a demi-goddess."

The rag paused for a moment before continuing to wipe me gently. They were all silent, and I braved a glance over at Zayn and Sullivan. They seemed to be thinking, with slightly incredulous looks on their faces.

"This is why I didn't tell you guys because it's not like you believe me." I shrugged, taking the rag from Kingston and rinsing it before wiping up the rest of my inner thighs. "Let's forget I even shared that."

I dropped the rag with a wet plop into the sink and moved toward the door. This was why no one outside a select few coalition members knew. It really was unbelievable, even if us shifting into animals was crazy.

Zayn brought his hand to my cheek, and I shut my eyes. "Don't shut them. They're beautiful."

Reopening my eyes, I leaned into his touch. "I know it's pretty unbelievable."

Kingston put his hand on the small of my back, leaning around to kiss my cheek. "Thank you for sharing your secret with us… and it is unbelievable, but it explains how you can heal."

"Woah, wait a second." Sullivan was still staring at me with shock all over his face. "You healed me? You did something to me in the cave too."

"I did." I tucked a stray strand of hair behind my ear. "It takes a lot out of me, though."

"If you're a demi-goddess, that means your father is…" I could tell from the look in Sullivan's eyes that his mind was going a hundred miles an hour.

"Apollo. I think he might be able to help your brother, Sully." I reached for him, and he pulled away.

"Don't get my hopes up. How do we even know you're telling the truth? Maybe you're just… just…"

Zayn frowned at Sullivan. "Why would she lie about something like this?"

"She wouldn't." I could feel Kingston's anger at my back before he pushed past me and back into the office. "I saw her heal you with my own eyes. There's no way you would have survived otherwise."

I didn't want them to fight, but I also could understand where Sullivan was coming from. I'd offered him the possibility that his brother couldhave a life not confined to a wheelchair. I'd heal his brother myself if I had the ability to.

Kingston handed me my clothes. "She's an amazing woman and we're lucky she's in our lives."

My cheeks heated as I took the clothes and got dressed. Kingston's words made me feel... loved, and it was the best feeling in the world.

CHAPTER FIFTEEN

Wren

Somehow, we'd all ended up in Kingston's bed once we got home. It was big enough for all four of us, but with the way Zayn liked to sprawl out, the rest of us were a tangle of limbs on half the bed. My body draped over Kingston, who lay on his back with Sullivan behind me, his face buried against my hair.

Last night had been a turning point for me. I had been ninety-five percent sure I was going to stay if everything worked out, but now I was at one hundred.

I still had no clue what had gone on with my eyes, which had stopped glowing sometime between leaving the bathroom and putting on my clothes. My dad would know, but I wasn't about to wake him from stasis to ask him.

Then he'd want to know what I was doing when it happened.

I managed to extract myself from the bed without waking the three slumbering wolves and grabbed a pair of Kingston's boxers and a t-shirt from his dresser.
